I had an amazing experience at Precision Tune today. My windshield wipers broke durring the rain storm and Mike fixed my wipers out in the rain in just a few minutes. They are working great now and I feel much safer driving home! I am Genuinely Grateful for you Mike! Highly recommend this place ✨✨

I took my car in to see if they could find a noise in the front end, thought it was the bearings, but they found the from fender bent into the wheel, and fixed it for free for me. I have taken our cars here for years and have been very happy with the honest service and very fair costs!! Mike has been a great resource and a great guy for my family and our cars!!

I love precision tune. My mom has been coming here for years. We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with precision tune. They never do extra work if not asked but will let you know if something is needed. They are honest with you about labor and service costs.A few years ago, my brother decided to drift our Moms car after a significant snowfall. He slid into the curb and busted the suspension or axles on our moms car. It was a luxury car and we were quoted $1500 to fix it. Luckily, all the work that they thought needed to be done wasnt actually needed. And, instead of continuing to charge us the quoted price like some shops might have, they only charged us what they actually did which brought the price down from $1500 to $1100. Now that I have my first car, I will continue coming to them with any help I need with my car. They really are the best.Shout out to Mike for all the help you have given me and my family over the years.

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Percision Tune Auto for 4 years now and Mike (plus the other amazing mechanics) have done an Amazing job on my car. From upkeep to oil changes to brake lights being out, to my car needing to get towed their for service you make it. They are Always very professional, timely, honest and fair. They don’t over charge you or do a bad job like many auto shops that leave you having to return for the same issue. It’s completely the opposite! They are trustworthy and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! Definitely recommend bringing your car here for any type of service your vehicle needs! You can trust the team there with your car!

This is the best auto shop in the new hope/crystal area. Their service and customer care is second to none. Had my brake rotors replaced once for free within warranty and once after the warranty expired.

Jason stopped everything to help me - he knew exactly what he was doing. I went to 3 service stations before going PT - no one knew how to fix my tire pressure and reset the light. Mark and his staff are second to none! Mark is the most honest, trustworthy, and downright GOOD man that I have ever met in the automotive industry. I have known Mark for a few years now, and he is just a fantastic and caring business owner.IMPORTANT: When you pull into the parking lot of this shop, you have to make sure you walk into the Precision Tune side of the building, and dont accidentally walk into the other (west) side of the building, as they are an automotive shop of a different kind, but they WILL allow you to think youre in the right place and take your business from Mark if you walk in...Marks staff has always been wonderful to me, and I have never had any complaints about them, I have never had any problems with them trying to UP-sell me on anything, and they have always taken extra time to explain things to me while I am there. I do know that Mark has had a few employees that ended up being let go in the past, with good reason, but thankfully Mark has a habit of paying CLOSE attention to the skills, work habits, and customer service abilities of his new employees, and he doesnt let them stay for very long when they dont uphold his HIGH expectations of how they care for his customers. And if something went wrong with a customer due to one of those ex-employees, Mark works extra hard to make it right with the customer and ensure that they know that HIS shop will always take great care of them.I trust Mark and his staff with ANY question that I have about my vehicles. Its all about the owner, manager, and staff of the specific location you visit when its a franchise. I can say that THIS one is FANTASTIC!PS: My wife says that when SHE takes our cars in there, its the only place where she doesnt feel like they are waiting with baited breath to take advantage of a woman that knows nothing about cars, by trying to up-sell her on stuff she doesnt need. Tony and the mechanics at Precision Tune Auto are class acts. These guys inspected multiple vehicles I was looking at purchasing throughout the month of December (2018). No matter how busy they were, they were always able to squeeze me in to do a thorough once-over on the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Ive had work done here multiple times on other vehicles as well and its always been as affordable as it could be (considering most vehicles arent affordable to have worked on these days) and they do a great job.

Thank you!I just moved to the area in July so when I started having car problems I didn’t have a “go to” shop. I first brought my car here when my check engine light came on. It was from a sensor and the guys at Precision Tune Auto said it’s not something I really needed to fix so they turned off the light for me. (Saved me money!) A couple of months later, my car was making a weird noise when I turned the wheel. My friend recommended a different shop in the area which told me it was my tie rod.. paid $280 to fix that but the noise wasn’t gone. Then they told me it was my struts so before paying $800 to fix those I brought it to Precision Tune Auto for a second opinion. They told me my struts are fine, it was a break caliper which was way cheaper to fix and yes the noise is now gone. Most shops just get you for your money but not these guys! They will fix the problem the FIRST time and I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Precision Tune in New Hope. They are fast, fair priced, professional, friendly and do fantastic work. I would not hesitate to use them for any of my vehicle repair needs. I have used them for a bunch of different repair jobs on a few vehicles and they have always proven themselves as top notch, on time and fair priced.

I just want to say Thank you to Mark and Tony and the rest of the guys at the shop. Extremely professional and confident with the work that they do. My vehicle Honda accord had almost everything wrong with the braking system, and Tony offered competitive prices. These guys are straight up honest with you about your car and if you tell them what you need they will get it done. They arent a sketchy auto care center where they charge you for un-needed work. If you are trying to pick between Midas and this shop, I would suggest Precision auto care. They are really good people (both at their job and in person).

These guys that work here (forgot their names) are honest and do first class work. I got my brakes done and they could have easily told me to get new front brake pads, but they told me I had some life left and didnt want me to waste money. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was done so I didnt have to wait. Great Overall Customer Experience

Nice and friendly service, got me in same day appointment. They provided me upfront education of what I need for my vehicle, provided updates during my wait and got my vehicle done early.

I had two different issues with my car. Things that would have caused the engine to completely stop forever. I was so scared that it was going to be crazy expensive. Between the two jobs for the intake gasket and ignition module it was the best price around!! This shop so friendly, kind, great customer service and speedy work. Multiple people in my family who have experience with cars raved about how great of a job they did afterwards also! I would recommend this shop to anyone who has a small pocket to pay with but needs reliable and trustworthy work done. I have found my go to repair guys!! Thank you again for everything!!

I had a really great experience at this Precision. The staff is unfailingly friendly and their prices were really reasonable, the even through in my oil change for free when I got my brake pads and rotors changed.2021 update: I just had another fantastic experience with this location. I got a flat on the way in to work and even though they were really busy they squeezed me in. Also while I was in the waiting room I had the chance to overhear them taking through another customers issue. The customer had come in for a break job, but issues were found with the catalytic converter too. Instead of just moving ahead with the work, the staff spent a lot of time talking it through to make sure the wanted to put that much money into the vehicle instead of just trading it in. I appreciate that they really wanted to do whats best for the customer, not just what made the shop the most money

I have been going here now for 4 years. Tony and Mark take care of me and my wife no matter what the issue or problem is. They go the extra mile on a busy day to get me taken care of which is nice when random issues pop up. They believe in communication even if you drop off your car. They find you the best part for the best part so you get the most bang for your buck. I wont go anywhere else unless I have too.

Nice to have a mechanic be honest with what needs to be done. It has been a while since I found a place that does not overcharge and do work this unnecessary. I just wanted to keep my car running to the winter and Mark understood that.

They have always been very honest with me and upfront about costs. They have built a solid reputation for honest advice that is hard to find. The work they have done has always been top notch. When I have had a difficult to find problem, they have worked with me until it is found. They also find the correct problem sooner than any other shop I have tried going to. They really do good work, and push for that extra mile of customer satisfaction. Best shop in the area, no question.

I love this place! They fixed my mudflats for free! I also brought my car in several months ago for a slow leak in a tire and they did that at no charge as well because they said they missed it the last time I was in!

I went in for an oil change and an inspection. They saw my belt was getting run down and suggested a replacement. It was reasonably priced and quickly done. Tony the manager is always very straightforward with what maintenance is or isnt needed, and the services are well priced. Its often busy and scheduling can be a few weeks out, but thats less a problem and more evidence of their widespread reputation.

Ive used their services for probably about 10+ years, and Mark and Tony have always been honest and willing to help me out any way they can with my Auto repairs. Whether it be taking me in when I need an oil change at the last minute, or fixing my vehicles when I have to have them brought in on a flatbed tow truck unexpectedly. I moved to Minnesota about a year and a half ago. I just recently had a loud screeching noise go off when I turned right. A coworker recommended that I reach out to Mark and Tony at Precision Tune in New Hope. And boy, I am glad that I did! They were able to get me in easily to check out the problem (I needed new brakes!) and then booked the appointment right away the next day. They shot it to me straight and were extremely helpful! I definitely will be coming back here for all of my car needs.

Called to make an appointment for a free break inspection. They Took my vehicle and did a oil change and did NOT verify and then hit me with a bill to pay. I Told them I did not ask for a oil change. The guy at The front desk told me get out of here and then stated that I did not want to pay as if I was broke...I paid anyway. Nasty service. Needs to confirm work before doing it! you never know others peoples struggle.

Their head mechanic cleared my engine warning light and told me to come back to have it checked, when I returned the owner told me they do not check engine warnings for free. He then proceeded to follow me to jimmy johns and started violently verbally harassing and shouting at me in public. Dont bother with this place. Exorbetent prices and HORRIBLE Ownership.

I took my truck in for a alignment and an oil change. Apparently they didnt have the right equipment to perform my alignment so I had him go ahead and do the oil change. I normally change my own oil . they were the last to change my oil . So today i went to change my oil and they wrenched my oil drain plug so tight i stripped the head trying to get it off . Now a 15 min turned into a nightmare. There is no need for any drain plug to be this tight. I will never go back or refer anyone to this place

Kept putting the parts on the wrong side then just cramming everything back together and billing me out did not want to look it over when I said the vehicle was driving unsafe vehicle would not stop not steer correctly every job that they did had to be redone somewhere else ended up with broken parts everything was wrong. Ask them to free up some shims that were frozen and they go and start adjusting my steering box I asked him to stop messing with the steering box and dont touch it again and they still went in and mess with it more . The dealership said that that was ruined afterwards. Even brought in there and ask them to read an article about the issue and they just threw it away. Childish inexperienced owner Mark he has a good frontman Tony thats it.

I had a great first experience with Tony and he did everything he could to make it affordable for me, however the second time I went in, the old guy I delt with was horribly rude and made me feel like I did something wrong. I am now taking my car all the way to hastings to get it worked in just to avoid dealing with this man.

They had my car for a month. I ended up with my timing chain in a bag in my seat. I had to tow it to the dealership to get fixed. Weeks went by and I had to call them to find out what was going on with my car. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
