The New Hope location is absolutely wonderful. It’s clean, secure, and well organized. Easily accessible. Jeanette helped me and I can’t say enough good things about her! She was patient with me (and my many questions), she was knowledgeable, and very helpful! She took time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a good storage facility with competitive prices!! Two thumbs up!

This facility was great - clean, always accessible and it helped immensely with the coordination of our move. Both Sondra and Alex provided great customer service in getting us the right size unit at the best price. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and had such great attitudes. It was a real pleasure working with them so we highly recommend this location for anyone needing storage space.

While the inside is great for storage. I have been there over four years they have lowered the temperature in the winter and increase the temperature in the summer it is no longer fully conditioned in my opinion. and in the winter it is getting hard to get out of the facility as they do not salt or plow properly in time if at all. Also be prepared for the overhead doors for drive-through to not work multiple times a year and for them to raise your rates at least once or twice a year with all these breakdowns. That being said it still may be better than some of the other facilities around just keep your expectations low.

I have used this storage space for nearly two years. It’s a clean and well kept building. All of the staff are very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this location for your storage!

This is my first experience using a storage unit and it was wonderful. They are contact free but are not afraid to help if you want the connection. James and Michael helped me every step of the way making my move as stress free as possible.The facility was clean and extremely easy to maneuver in, even being on the second floor. Extra space storage has everything you need from carts to dollies and a large elevator. My unit was plenty big but the offer to move to another side was on the table.Thank you James !

The initial monthly rate was fantastic when I first signed up. It was disappointing to see the rates go up. Now that I’m using both units it’s not worth trying to find a cheaper unit when I only need the units for another 4 months.

This is my second time renting a storage until from this location. The customer service is great. Very good prices and the fact that it’s all indoors is a huge plus. You Drive into the building after entering your code for the gate and they even provide large flat carts to move your things from the car to the storage unit. They are open every day and you have access to your unit up until 10pm.

I reserved online, walked through the lease signing with James, the site manager, on the phone, and got the gate code via e-mail. This was a fabulous process!!The site itself (New Hope MN) is great: clean, beautifully kept up, well lighted. There are plenty of flat bed carts available too.We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

This place is wonderful. Extremely helpful and James assisted me over the phone and walked me through the email contracts to ensure I could move in today! I didn’t have to take the time or extra trip to go down there to do my lease! I was able to stay home and pack up. I would highly recommend. The other associates that I spoke with were also very friendly, I feel bad I don’t recall his name to give him a mention. Great service!

One of the quickest setups and move-ins I have had and the staff was very professional and courteous!

It was a very nice and honest experience to talk through renting at extra space storage with the employees. They were very honest and did not try to hide fees and were very helpful in the sign up process. Bill, the representative working there at the time, was extremely helpful, nice, and patient!

I had a reservation at the Harriet Ave location and Andy was there to show me around. I talked to him about my situation and my needs/concerns when it came to a storage unit. I thought that maybe I would just have to deal. Instead, Andy took his time to help me find one at a location just as close to my work that was in my budget (even better pricing). He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even called to let James know I was coming over. I was so grateful. When I got there James greeted me and showed me the preferred storage unit I wanted. He was prepared and grabbed the layout of available storage units just in case. Im glad he did since the one he showed me was great but he found a better one just as close to the lift. I like that I had options and I felt like James cared about where my belongings would be stored. I also felt acknowledged. I signed the storage unit right away even though my move wasnt until a couple of weeks. :) Afterwards he showed me how to use my lock and the both entry ways (door and gate) and made sure I was comfortable using them. Overall, I felt these guys here at Extra Space Storage went above and beyond to help me out (which is so rare for me)!! Initially I chose Extra Space Storage because the prices were more reasonable compared to others but these guys were great and a plus! Thank you much Andy and James!! You guys were a huge help!! Im relieved to know James is the go to guy if I have more questions, not only was he was very helpful, I felt my belongings and I mattered to him!! Thanks again!!

I did the rapid rental and it was super quick and easy. The next day I went to the unit and everything was ready and waiting for me.

I’ve used this facility multiple times for pre/post moving into a house and for my RV/Ice Castle fish house. It doesn’t matter if you’re renting a unit/parking spot for one month or one year, it’s a very easy, clean experience. No hidden fees or charges, a great manager that’s very friendly and transparent. I’ve heard some horror stories about storage unit facilities, this is an exact opposite!

Really, REALLY happy that I chose to work with Extra Space here. I shopped around for a while and this location had a pretty great deal going on at the time. My expectations are low going in cause all I need is a room to store stuff right, but the personnel that run this facility and the work they do to keep it in top notch really pushed it over the top. Even the moving company we hired to move our stuff in and out were beyond impressed by the facility and its many amenities available to make moving items in and our very easy.Would 100% recommend this location to anyone needing space, even if its a bit further of a drive, seriously!

Spoke to Brad on the phone and he was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained and once I arrived everyone has been great at helping me.

Extra Space Storage in New Hope, MN is by far the best storage facility that I have ever used. Both the office and the storage building are impeccably clean at all times, and the staff and management are all very friendly, personable, and accommodating. It is quite obvious that they all value you as a customer. As one who rents an upper level unit, I find the system of transporting my belongings to the upper level to be very user-friendly. The security of the storage building has me totally at ease about trusting my things to this place, and its an added bonus that you can drive your vehicle right into the building to unload your items comfortably and out of the elements! With all of these things in mind, I am shocked that this is the most affordable storage unit I have ever rented.I cannot speak highly enough of Extra Space Storage. Thank you Chuck and Team for a wonderful experience!

We have been traveling with my job the last two years and have used several storage facilities. This facility is truly the best weve seen. Extremely clean- the floors in the units are even painted and that really impressed me. I accidentally left my lock off my unit once and they actually called me within 30 minutes to let me know they noticed it was missing when they made rounds. I highly recommend this storage facility. Very attentive and professional! A++

Chuck is very sweet and accommodating. I brought my young kids with me and while most people dont enjoy energetic kids, he enjoyed their company and even gave them paper to draw on. He made sure I didnt hve any questions before I left and also followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was working out. Chuck is amazing. This confident, vivacious, knowledgeable man took all of the fear out of a first time experience for me. Efficient, done in about 20 minutes with 2 units. Unfortunately, then he left the St Louis Park store and went here. I had a continuing billing problem at the St Louis Park store. It continued for 4 months. I decided to stop by the Nevada store because I was in the area and talk to Chuck about it. Well . . . true to Chuck form my problem was completely solved in less then 15 minutes. As I said, Chuck is amazing, I just wish he was back at the St Louis Park location.

Great experience here! The men working are extremely nice and honest with you. They had no problem with me only needing a short time rental and no trouble when I needed to cancel my unit. The units are nice and clean with very easy access. We will be coming back when we need another storage unit.

I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage! I rented a space here for a few months while I was moving/in between apartments, and the facility is very clean, the staff is all friendly, and the sign-up and move out processes were both very smooth and easy.

After shopping around, Extra Space had the best prices in the Metro at the time we were looking to rent a unit. Chuck and Andy took excellent care of us and we were very impressed by their professionalism and excellent customer service.
