Was able to secure storage for a few months at a very reasonable rate. Easy enough to sign up & secure a unit… pulled the vehicle right into the building for moving. Grateful for this service.

Not very secure. The fencing in the locked part of the storage is damaged, and the gate is held by a chain and small padlock. Does not seem very well maintained in my opinion. The cost to store an RV or vehicle is expensive for what you get.

I loved the fact that I was able to walk the property and determine the best spot for my storage needs. Its close to home and affordable too!

I used New Hope storage for about six years. It is a very clean, well maintained facility and well lit area with an exceptional staff that is willing to help you through any issues!

Libby was awesome getting me setup. Even when I wasn’t sure what I wanted, she was patient and gave me the information I needed.

Very helpful staff. Did my paperwork in my break at work. Very speedy and thorough for how quick it was. They answered my 100 questions without attitude. Best prices for what you get from the shopping around Ive done. Only thing is I wish the unit was a little taller and office was open for just a little while on Sunday. Otherwise 5 stars, totally happy with my experience so far.

Wonderful experience. Manager Deb was friendly, helpful and patient on the phone, answering my many questions so we could make a reservation on the phone. On move-in day Miranda went above and beyond to help me, physically and emotionally. Her assistance made me realize driving the extra distance to New Hope Storage instead of taking a storage place closer to home was well worth the drive. I never would have managed without her help. The unit was clean. The ramp to the loading bay made it so much easier to unload. Having experienced other storage places in other states, this was the best storage facility experience I have ever had.

Clean facility with extended access hours up to 9:00pm which makes it convenient. Reasonable pricing, online payment, and a dock door. Would recommend to anyone who needs short term, as well as long term, storage.

Gave me a great rate for a nice sized storage unit. I was quoted a number on the phone, and the manager gave me a bigger unit at the same discounted rate. Awesome service, and the facility is pretty nice as far as my standards go.

The gal working there didn’t know much. While she was super nice, that doesn’t matter when you need to get stuff done and hit the road. She couldn’t figure out that I had already paid, even though I had the receipt to show her. That process took 15 minutes. Then she didn’t know how to attach the trailer to the uhaul properly, had to call another uhaul store for help and then said I’d need to drive to another uhaul location to get my car loaded ONTO the trailer because she couldn’t do that. Not the kind of nonsense you need on moving day.
