This company also works for Great Neck Plaza in Great Neck, NY, The owner tows cars whose drivers park without using the stores. We bought flowers in one of the shops and our car was towed anyway. It cost us $285 to get our car back. This appears is to be a predatory and parasitic company. Nationwide Towings relation with the Plaza and especially the security company working for the Plaza seems suspicious as the tow truck company would not supply me any information about or phone numbers for the security company. Never use them!

The tow truck driver showed up smelling of incents and bath salts, and when he went to hook my car up he scratched the whole side of my car. He then looked at me and said well thats what insurance is for. Worst people ever.

They told my wife she couldnt ride in the tow truck because she smelled like pickled cabbage and old underpants and said she exceeded the 400 lb weight limit. Very disrespectful & unprofessional
