This place is run by professionals. Went in for the second time to get some body work done on my vehicle. Working with the team here is a breeze. And they have tie ups with local rental agencies with pick up and drop off for the rental at the garage itself. Super convenient and very transparent dealing. Top not body shop from the work to the whole experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this is my second time using them in a few months so to being hit twice recently. And I wouldnt take it to another shop. Definitely a customer for life.

Go to another repair shop if you can.The repairs done to my car looks fine. They just happen to put two dents in my hood while making those repairs!They will lie blatantly to your face when it its time to pick up your car.I was told to come pick up my car at 4:30pm. I drove away with my car just after 6pm. They kept adding half an hour every time it was time for me to get my car. They cherry on top was when my car showed up, they forgot my car keys. Another 5min of waiting.New Hyde Park Auto Body Works = Incompetence with a friendly smile.

Worst service ever. I gave my car almost 2 weeks ago and they replaced my front grill with the WRONG COLOR. Idk who decided that’d be a good idea but I still don’t have my car back. Since it’s leased I can’t have stuff that’s diff colors

Hands down, these guys are true professionals. I took my truck to get fixed after a fender bender and my truck was fixed according to dealer specs, they did everything perfect....showroom perfect. They have a customer for life, I will definitely go back for work. Their a little pricy but well worthed every dime.
