Going there for years. classic garage with great owner, can fix anything highly recommended

Owner is rude and highly unprofessional, seems like his business model is to deter customers than attract them. Avoid at all costs.

Well, I was lost and needed to re-enter the address on my gps so I pulled into the gas station to do so. About a minute later the attendant came over to ask whether I needed help. I replied no, thank you I showed him my phone. He nodded and went back to his booth. Now the owner comes out rushing screaming at me to move out his drive way, I said ok as soon as I’m able to enter traffic as the cars were at a light. He continued on and on and would not stop that I’m blocking his pumps. I was literally far from the pumps and the gas station wascompletely empty!!!! No cars were blocked nor did I block any of the pumps because I was in the area where cars usually wait for the mechanic. Now it’s clear why it was so empty. If that’s the way he treats people. I will never purchase gas there nor will anyone I know. I will be sure to share this with my school board of NHP so that they can share it with all our parents and friends of my school community.

The owner is a 100% ranting, non sensical wackadoo whom I would not trust to fix my kids radio flyer red wagon! Yikes!

I always experience the very best customer service.They are friendly and honest.They drive you to work if you need to leave your car and pick you up. WOW! That Great Service.The best is to have a friendly person pump your gas in 5 degrees and clean your windows.Thank You

Gene kept an old ford of mine running in great shape for about 13 years. I just sold it with 210,000 miles on it and am confident it will make it to 300,000. All car related recommendations I have received have been honest and to the point.

My alternator went bust and they towed it and was quoting $950 (cash price) for replacing alternator saying they are using genuine Bosch rebuild part. I called around and was able to find a place for $550 (cash price) using same part. The repairmen said he charges what he charges and does top rated work, but when I withdraw from his service the conversation quickly sent south. I am sure of their excellence in work, and do not doubt labor hour since every shop follows published manual hours. But part price of $450 seems too expensive when compared with other shop who is getting same part.

I went to get gas for my car. First of all, the guy left my debit card in the machine unattended and walked away. Then the pump stopped filling at 10 gallons giving me a total of $25.90, but the guy continued pumping a whole additional gallon into my car forcing more gas and more money. When I realized what he was doing, I stopped him and when I said something, he stopped forcing gas into my car and it totaled $29.61, a difference of an additional $3.71 which is actually more than a gallon. After I stopped him, he came back to my car, handed me my debit card and the receipt and said to me: The next time you want gas......go across the street and pump it yourself!I contacted BP Customer Service and told them that I wanted to be contacted and if so, I will not put in a review. I was told this is a private owed gas station and they forwarded the complaint to this gas stations owner. I was told to give it 5 to 7 business days. The owner of this gasstation never contacted me!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give it 5 NEGATIVE STARS......I WOULD GO PASSED THAT! All I wanted was to make a quick pit stop, get gas and be on my merry little way. I dont understand why thats so difficult......putting gas into a customers car that chose your gas station, thanking them and sending them on their way. Instead, here, you get drama and thieves stealing your money with back talk trying to justify what they did even though they are clearly in the wrong.

I take my car to this station for gas and repairs the gentleman are so friendly and nice that pump my gas and Mr Spelman is the most honest and professional mechanic my whole family goes to this station for all our repairs

There gas is a scam. you think its a brand name has but the truth is its just cheap gas. do not buy gas from these guys. %4 water when we filtered it
