Starbucks quality and and good local staff makes for a great experience. Nice menu and good service is why I come back. I dont like the politics of the owner and past history of Starbucks but they do a good job with overall business.

Starbucks hires the very best people. I have never had anything but an uplifting experience at any location. Plus, their croissants and caramel macchiatos are delicious.

So sick of coming in the mornings and seeing the one barista Ye - easily the rudest and worst partner there. They’re aggressive with other baristas and customers, they don’t wait to let you order and mess up drinks on the POS constantly. I’ve watched them put 6 sandwich’s in the warming oven at once. She acts boastful and pushy behind the counter but I’ve yet to see her do anything correctly. It’s pathetic to watch someone like this still have a job.

I’ve been going here for about ten years now, very busy especially with the popularity of mobile orders. Good stuff, better when they put the seating back in the future. The staff is always friendly (typically) especially Debbie and the Manager.

Was recently here and saw someone named Debbie be very rude to an uber driver just for asking a question. As a fellow uber driver I have experienced rudeness here before. Today I was a customer however. I just turned and walked out. The uber drivers are delivering your food and helping you out as well. During the lockdown, we were your lifeline. This was not called for in the least bit. Shame on you Debbie....uber drivers are not like you, they dont get paid for waiting for an order...they get paid for making deliveries so you dont have to be nasty for him asking a question of about how long before its ready, especially since he was waiting a while already.

The worst experience EVER!!!!!!!. I go to Starbucks everyday .I never went to this location and I will never go back . I ordered a latte and an oatmeal . I waited for 10 mins and ask a staff is my oatmeal ready .the staff replied and said it’s coming .4 mins later another staff realized he didn’t even charge me for the oatmeal . I left the store after 14 mins for waiting for something that wasn’t even being prepared . There is no communication, poor service and no consideration costumers time .Never again !

One person at the register, so needed to wait for prior customers order while six other workers moved about. Also need a refresher on refills. Quick service and my iced macchiato was great. Steady stream of customers for pick up. No dine in, order to go.

I ordered two drinks: a chia tea with two pumps of vanilla and oat milk and a passion fruit ice tea Lemonade. I received a chia latte with almond milk and a passion fruit ice tea. I immediately realized the chai was a latte and not a regular tea. I explain to the barista I ordered the tea and not a latte. She was apologetic, made the tea as I ordered. She told me I could keep the chai latte. Since I didn’t need two cups of beverages, I give my friend the chai latte. I thought the chai latte had the oat milk in it as I ordered, however it had almond milk. My friend is highly allergic to all nuts. He almost died from a anaphylactic shock!! The person who took my orders wasn’t paying attention and almost kill my friend, she took the order for almond milk instead of oat milk. This is the 2nd time this person messed up my orders. The first time I caught it right away but the second was almost detrimental. Food allergies is serious and can cause someone life, the staff needs to be more careful. I called and left a message for the manager to call me back. maybe she can use this incident as an opportunity for improvement.

Ive been here a couple times. Employees are nice and I like their designated waiting areas for social distancing. Quality is typical of Starbucks. It is also located on the more residential edge of NHP Road, which is convenient.

Technology made this place really busy and slow in service. If you did not order thru their app and you walk in to order at the counter its fast but you start to wonder whatever happened to your order because you end up waiting for it for a long time since you dont know how long the list of their orders since its done online.

Very busy. Parking lot has designated spots for pickup. In general, typical Starbucks. Have found staff helpful when not overwhelmed by an inundation of orders during a pandemic. The wait seemed to take longer than in the past, even though I had ordered ahead of time using the Starbucks app. Usually, full of people drinking coffee at the tables. This time, no tables just lots of people waiting to pick-up. Too crowded inside during a pandemic.

Curbside pick up was fast. Non-coffee Frappuccino tasted like it had coffee in it. Ordered a fruit flavor not coffee.

Justin the barista there has great memory. I dont order anything super fancy but the fact that he rememebers my face with a mask is impeccable! And great customer service. I felt welcomed and appericated. Plus the drinks are always on point and full to the top!

Customer friendly very clean and roomy. Social distancing was not an issue more than enough room in the place.

I went to the register looking for help, and I was ignored by 4 Baristas for like 5 minutes. I could understand if they were very busy but there were only 2 other people in the store at the time, and they were waiting by the pickup section. The Baristas carried on in conversation, ignoring me, not even a quick “someone will be over to help you shortly”The only reason I received any help was because I walked over to the pickup section to see if I was missing something, to see if I was standing at the wrong register or something. The barista that helped me seemed like the only one doing actual work. There were a total of 5 baristas. One of the staff members close to the register could have helped. The young lady working to get the pick up orders out should not have had to come over and help me.

Grab and go, thats what this place has become. No longer a place to sit and relax. Shame!

Did curbside order,I waited at least 10 mins.went into the store.i stood there waiting for my name to be called,maybe it wasnt ready.no employees looked up or acknowledged myself or others.finally asked employee if my order was ready.she was very rude to me. Not shocked this establishment has had problems before!

They never get my mobile order right, no matter which drink I chose. They just give me the standard version of it every time. It’s super annoying when you have allergens and don’t have time to wait in their long line for a new drink.

Pretty busy location. Employees are nice but in a rush. The system needs to change. There are at least six employees and a mobile order took 25 minutes to complete. Its a bit stressful when Im heading into work with a dark roast coffee and two sandwiches. Only issue.Updated: I ordered this time ahead of time. Waited twenty minutes. Showed up. Was told bar was closed for 20 minutes. So, we beat the previous record of waiting for 25 minutes. No apologies. Pretty terrible service.

Unless you order mobile, go somewhere else. The staff here will let you stand in the lobby for a long time while they focus on the mobile orders. I don’t understand how you can focus on orders for people who are not there and make the people standing in front of you wait.

One of three of my favorite locations! Everyone is nice, they do community outreach and other locations should model this Starbucks store for great customer service and community building skills! I can not wait until they are officially open again! If you want your drink made just the way you like come to this location.

Bought an iced tea and the girl ( tall girl with lite brown dreads) put so much ice in it and then put the cover on because she did not care to scoop out the extra ice.The iced tea was spilling out of the cup and she still gave it to me!I just went and scooped some of the ice out and cleaned up the cup. This is the first Starbucks that I have gone to three times and the entire staff do not smile, make eye contact and are not friendly. It seems like they all hate their jobs. The other Starbucks that I have visited have such good customer service skills.

This Starbucks has to be the only one with the worst customer service I’ve ever had not to mention my drink tasted like flavored water. I had to wait in line to be acknowledged of that fact that I had walked right back into the store after purchasing my drink because the barista with the dark and blonde hair wouldn’t even look at me or bother asking if I needed assistance. This store should try smiling more because they are not very pleasant.

A very convenient place to have the best cup of coffee with your laptop to work beyond your corporate break...

Tip: place the order online and pick it up. My friend and I went on the line and ordered instead of doing a mobile order. Like any Starbucks, the line got long rather quickly all because one lady did not know what she wanted. However, they made the drinks quick and we were on our merry way.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Had to wait more than fifteen minutes for my order. One barista that worked his best but could not catch up with the continuous flow of orders. If you want fast normal Starbucks service find another place and avoid this location.

I love Starbucks! My first coffee when I come into this country was here! People who work on this location is awesome. Like with cooking, you have to put love in there, they doing that.Try this magic Starbucks shop, you will love going there, they make your day :)

It’s a Starbucks. Has the same good coffee and food as other Starbucks shops. Good off-street parking and friendly employees. Not as many tables as some other Starbucks. It’s mainly a “to go” store. Conveniently located near main roads.

I love coming to this store. They are always quick and make my drinks perfectly. Chris is always such a big help to understand which drink is the best.

Service was Great

Parking is tight, but the pet store next door always had the most adorable kittens for adoption.

This is a very small Starbucks. They used to have a counter around the perimeter of the stores windows with bar stools. After the store redesign they took out the counter and theres only 2 tables that are occupied by the squatters that never leave. So if you want to hang out for a little bit and enjoy your coffee.....you need to stand around near the milk & sugar bar. Not a great experience.

Jenna did an amazing job today she makes the place very bright with her smile and laughs. What a great personality.

The baristas here are rude and nasty, never have I been spoken to so rudely as a customer. They always mess up my drink and one particular girl, Nisa or Nessa her name is, she has the nastiest attitude with no respect or care for her job and if I even see her working, I drive 20 minutes farther to another Starbucks.

Luv this new starburst, drive through is convenient, service is fast. Yes, you pay more at Starbucks but it’s quality and their sandwiches are pretty healthy. With the app you can earn a free coffee.

Wish the had more seats. Maybe just a long table with multiple seats instead of individual small tables. And I cant find an outlet! Would be able to come and do some work and actually eat something while working.

Quality & Consistency - a VERY busy location mostly setup for to go orders. Near my job Ive been coming here for years. Great people who deal with a lot of customers. I give them so much credit for their resiliency and good humour.

My experience at this starbucks location was quite interesting. I am giving 3 stars because there was a single person in front of me in line and after I placed my order I waited about 10 minutes before I started to get annoyed. I made a comment saying this is ridiculous the barista then herd me and made my coffee.

Go to place for BEST CAFÉ EVERRRRRR! Especially when things need to get done & I need the extra shots of espresso. Worth every cent.
