I was applying there over the summer of this year. And from the beginning of the application it was very confusing to me. I didn’t even know how I got to the training, the owner only had me train for one day and that was it. I tried to contact him why couldn’t keep going but he never replied it back to me. I had been texting him and keeping up with him ever since, but some how he still never replied it back, for weeks. It felt like he tried to run away and avoid me when I was asking him things. So then I went in and asked the employees, but somehow one of them was stress out, and when I asked, she answered back with an temper. I have to say the foods there are really good but I don’t know if I want to go back because of this. But definitely give credit to the foods though

This is probably the best Red Mango I have been to in a while. The self service is the best thing honestly. I try to come as much as I can because my kids love the yogurt. The best thing about this store is the customer service, everyone is so nice and they deserve a raise. And sometimes the store may be dirty but that’s okay, because I know the workers can’t do everything all at once. #hobbsgotrobbed

My daughter loves coming here for ice cream. I just wish they kept the place cleaner. A few times now that I have been in the past couple of months the tables inside and outside are dirty. It’s also messy and dirty around the toppings area. With COVID still being around I wish they kept it more sanitized. The glass windows in the store front also look dirty and has finger prints all over it.

Ran out of Chocolate. The peanut butter did not have a taste of peanut butter. The pistachio was good. Prices were very high for the quality.

I had a wonderful experience at this Red Mango store..First off I wasnt rushed liked in some other stores to choose my flavor..Employees Alex & Jen were excellent in customer service and even gave some toppings suggestions.The store was quite busy however every single customer there never felt ignored.Alex and Jen really make a great team and Im very happy with all my different flavor Frozen Yogurt with the many toppings..I will certainly patronize this Red Mango store above some other stores that lack in the way the staff deals with their customers...

This place is not good at all. There’s this Asian man who works here and he does not know how to do anything properly, he isn’t polite to me when I come, never helps me with anything, and is always distracted. There are two boys who work here which are always great when I see them. The two Bearded men always have class unlike the man who doesn’t. Get rid of him please. Thank you. I finally got the names of these gentlemen, it is Nohit and Keerat I believe, what a dream team these two boys are. If I got the names wrong my apologies.

Great menu, great location. Could use a little sprucing up. The team of staff are friendly, helpful and upbeat. We enjoy this red mango over others.

They advertise flavors that they dont carry and they never have blueberries pomegranate just banana and strawberries. Ive been here 4 times and never once got what I picked off their menue

It is my favorite Froyo spot ever. They have so many flavors and I never get bored of coming back here. There is always a new flavor that surprises me. With the warm weather now I will be coming back more often

I LOVE THIS PLACE, ITS SUPER CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED. WAS IN AND OUT QUICKLY! STAFF IS ALSO REALLY SWEET!

Gone down the drain. There was very little variety of flavors available. Most machines seemed to be experiencing failure if not meltdown. There was no toilet paper in the restroom and one toilet seemed to be permanently locked. The cushions of the couch have been removed and replaced with some dirty looking rags.

Great place to have some frozen yogurt. Friendly staff and welcoming. We were able to stay even though they were closing. I would highly recommend this place.

I went in this store a couple of weeks ago and they had like 2 flavors. I went in tonight got the vanilla for myself and peanut butter for my daughter and they both tasted like they were mixed with something else . I went to pay, had to ask for covers and a bag. The guy who was a hot mess wearing a black t shirt and sweat pants wished me a Happy Kwanza ? Did he think he was funny because he wasn’t ! I will not be back!

Good. My favorite is Peanut butter. Dont eat the gummi bears or worms. Theyre hard as hell. Like its been there for a while.

Frozen yogurt is very good. They have many flavors and toppings. They are nit very expensive. It is a good place to relax and enjoy your yogurt. They have couches and a tv. Would recommend if you have a sweet tooth.

Overpriced inconsistent recipes and bland mixes. The best part of my so called açaí bowl was the skimp drizzle of raw honey on top. I understand franchises get to make a few adjustments but don’t short the customer of good brand distinction.

The service is VERY slow, and the sandwiches have like nothing in them. The guy was nice though

I always like eating here. Not sure why. It has a little charm to it. The texture of the frozen yogurt is nice. It is very soft, but it melts quick! But it is delicious! The cup sizes are huge, but you must have a technique to get the most you can into a bowl! Perfect that swirl, lol! Also, their flatbreads are very good. I always eat the buffalo chicken one and it is spicy and full of so much flavor! There is a small seating area inside that have tables + chairs, a curved cushion booth, and two large cushy chairs. Also, there is outdoor seating, which is nice in the warmer months.The employees are all so nice and they work quickly, so do tip them if you can.The only reason I didnt give this place a perfect rating is because of cleanliness. The tables can get pretty sticky. Aaand if I were you, I wouldnt touch the open toppings. Maybe thats just the overly cautious person in me?Anyway, just have some froyo and be neat and you wont have any problems eating here.

Well first off only two people there. Both were busy helping people. I asked the young guy what a topping was and he was not welcoming neither one. But he seemed he didnt want to be there or idk...but i stood there so i could pay for my yogurt and he turned around stopped what he was doing, but seem annoyed or had a attitude. I shouldve just canceled the yogurt and went somewhere else. I dont like going somewhere where the people are not welcoming. So my first and last time there.

Great sandwich - Greek Goddess and a super drink of spinach, apple, lemon and ginger.

Initially this was a good place but now it has deteriorated due to pathetic service . I ordered a hummus and corn panini but they forgot to add the corn . Asked them to give it on the side, the Asian lady said it was going to be 2 bucks extra. I wouldnt recommend anyone going there.

If I could give zero stars I would. I get there at 10 and the guy who works there said they dont open until 1030 because his boss says they dont get customers. How are you going to get business if you arent open when you say you are open? Unbelievable.
