Excellent and outstanding customer service on a consistent basis. I go here with my family at least once a week and the ice cream is always fresh and tasty. Store always well maintained and super clean. Birthday ice cream cakes are also superb. Lee the owner goes out of her way to make sure every order is prepared perfectly. Milkshakes are by far the best you will find anywhere. I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins for all of your ice cream purchases.

I was sold a sour spoiled ice cream cake from @baskinrobbins !!! How is that an ice cream shop has spoiled ice cream cake? And the thing about spoiled ice cream is that you can’t tell until you eat it! So after singing happy birthday to my just six year old soon and serving the kids first I took my first bite and spit it out yelling “don’t eat the cake, don’t eat the cake!” Yeah, imagine how that went over in the room with kids. In the garbage the plates went along with the birthday moment.

Slow and was given old cones that seem like they were on display for days. Also they dont got much selection either.

Went at about 9 pm and was probably waiting on line for 15-20 minutes. They need more than 1 worker there even at night.

They will charge u $0.99 for a damp cone for ice cream.

The asian lady (apparently the owner) at the counter is extremely rude, and doesn’t know how to do business. The way she behaved, tells that she doesn’t care about customer service. With such service she will only continue to lose customers. I would not recommend this place

This is a pretty small location but the staff is always so nice! They have a wide variety of flavors and very well decorated cakes.

Pricey for a soft serve cone but they give a lot so its worth it. A size small is plenty!

Always great ice cream, and a scoop is only $1.50 on the 31sr

The employees are super nice here. I prefer coming here than going to a DunkinDonuts-Baskin Robbins because its just ice cream, Its always clean they have a little more selection than the dunkin - baskin shops. If theres no parking in front theres usually more around . They have a nice selection of frozen delights here too... beautiful ice cream cakes,flying saucers, etc... My go to ice cream spot.

You should give that worker Carl a raise. He has excellent service!

They have great ice creams in many flavors plus birthday cake too in different sizes, so come on down to droop for a scoop and remember to bring kids cause they will like ice cream for the summer heat thats here.
