Collected out of state fees and did not pay the complete amount. You also collected $188.25 for license and title and $504 for filing and registration, which is $2390.43 or $2894.43. Your company sent a check for $2276.43, which is $114 or $618.00 shy of what was collected. The actual cost was $2421.17. I did not receive a response.

Great staff 10/10, customer service 10/10. Stopped by yesterday with my mom to purchase a vehicle and we were in and out pretty quickly. The sales manager handled everything with a sense of urgency. Thanks guys! My mother is extremely happy !

Terrible service. I bought a brand new 2020 Honda Accord and not even a month of having it an oil leak occurred. The person I spoke with didn’t keep me updated on my car nor did she offer to give me a rental when my car was down for 2 days so I was not able to go to work. Every time I would ask for a rental she would give me an excuse on why one was not provided to me. The first time I asked for a rental, she told me to just find a ride to work without finding out if I had any transportation to get to work. This kind of service has me in regret of doing business with this dealership.

Stay away from this business! They lie to you and treat you like garbage! The general manager here is so rude and nasty they can care less about the customer. They erase your honest reviews and block you to fix there rating. This shows true dishonesty on there part instead of actually addressing the problem! This place is a joke.

Was sent an email by one of the dealers (a female) asking if i would like to trade in and trade up. this lady took all of my info (ssn# and everything else)ran my credit, even contacted the current place where im financing my current vehicle stating she could do this over the phone due to COVID and help me out then ghosted me. I have been sending her text messages but still no response, its like she just took my info and i dont know what she did with it. I would stay away from JP thibodeaux the customer service is horrible and their vehicles are not good. I currently have a LEMON nissan altima that im dealing with right now. Bought it brand new and it started giving me trouble 3 months after i got it. Go somewhere else ppl and dont let these dealers fool you when they say they can help you!

Came in for me free oil change today and said it expired. When did they ever expired. Bought new car and get two oil change . but had to pay arm and leg today . Never going back!!! Can i give zero stars?

Bad experience. Brought my car in to see why tire pressure light was lit. Received call it was taken care of and I could come pick up my car. When I got there my car tire pressure light was still lit and the passenger glove compartment was inside out!! They claimed it was taken care of yet thats how they gave me back my car!!! After I reported this the manager came out and prompted the mechanic to correct it. Then later on I find out they filled my tires with air and not nitrogen. They also tried to get me to change brake and transmission fluid when I had that done already by real professionals prior when I had the code 123 on my car.**update** ever since i took my car to this place my car has been making weird noises. I believe this is related to my prior visit given the condition I received it in. I am very disgusted. It feels like a huge risk now bringing your car to this place.

I am not from the area. I phoned in about a car I wanted to purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony and Ryan. They were very responsive and professional. They answered all my questions and were willing to work with me and my timeline. When I arrived in the area, they had everything ready. Got me in and out of the dealership quickly. This was the best experience I have had with a car dealership ever!! This Includes my experience buying 2 cars in the past as well as probably a dozen dealerships I went to looking to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend them. All the staff are professional and courteous. If the opportunity presented, I would definitely be returning to this dealership for a future purchase.

Brought my car in for a noise. They said, it was the fan motors that needed to be changed. Great change the part and we will be good to go. Take my car back stop at a red light and the noise is still there. Sara try saying that it’s worst. I have been driving around with this noise for a month now and it sounds the same as it did from day one. I come back the tech comes and looks and “checks” out the noise. Now it’s tensionar(?) I just paid gig over $800 for fan motors and now you are going to charge me another almost $400 for this other part and you have to keep my car another day and a half. The tech was very rude when I asked how do I know for sure it was my fan motors? He slammed my hood down and told Sarah to give me a quote for this other part. I as a customer have a right to ask questions especially if my car is still making the same noise as it did when I brought it in. I have not been impressed. The manager was good but not great. So here I am leaving my car another day and half to get fixed. When they could of checked to make sure the noise was gone and I still feel like I was somewhat messed over. Shop your mechanics and I feel the dealership should be more trustworthy then any mechanic you see. I feel I have lost all trust. Be warned!!!! Just saying

Felt real good had a real nice gentlemen this was his second week working there he was in the oil field business with BP oil and like a lot of oil field people after this last crash he was played off and wondering how the hell are what was he going to do I I know hes still wondering but a real down to earth person and good with people . Very disappointed in this location. We knew the car we wanted and was ready to buy. Just give us a reasonable price and BAM you got a sale, nothing more, nothing less, it was that easy. Not to mention we called before we went (since it was a good drive to get there) and they said, oh yes come on in, we will get you a good deal! Yes folks, $200 dollars off the MSRP, is what they thought was gonna be a great deal! No idiot buys a car for $200 off the MSRP! Ridiculous! Waste of time!

I purchased my 2nd Honda Civic from Jpthibodeaux in November 2016. The process of making a service appointment through the Pcp app was very easy and convenient. Service was completed quickly while I waited. I am hearing impaired but sales consultant Anthony X. has been very helpful in assisting me via email, from the purchase of my car to the service process.

Was told over the phone that in order to test drive a vehicle, a credit app and number agreement had to be done first. Never had a dealership tell me that before, and though I certainly hope he just gave me wrong information about the normal procedure (this shouldnt happen either), I am certainly less likely to make a final purchase here.

Salesman tried to sell me a car I didnt want then when I said I didnt want it he was very rude.not to mention the false advertisement on the card I got in the mail saying they had these vehicles for very cheap and then you get there and you dont see any of them and supposedly they all sold already its just a gimmick to get you in there and try to sell you a car.
