Bought a new set of tires for my vehicle. Install was quick and easy. Good service and mechanic answered all of my questions. Checked out the underside of my vehicle, brakes shocks lines etc.

Travis is such a genuinely nice guy! My mama and I flew into Louisiana to check out a vehicle he had for sale. He picked us up from the airport, let us borrow a rental car free of charge and the next day when I had decided I changed my mind on buying the vehicle. He was so understanding and gave us a ride back to Lafayette. His staff are all very friendly and this is by far the most positive car dealership experience I have ever had. 2nd time dealing with Arceneaux, 1st time no problem, today? Quite upset. Told one price yesterday, had the service done today and the charge was alot more than was told.

Horrible experience. Transmission blew out on a trip to Louisiana, was in a bind and Was referred to Doug Boutte to purchase a pre-owned car. He spoke to me about 2 minutes before turning me over to Christopher Cordell when I asked about the Dodge Challenger... We got to the vehicle and Chris told me he didnt know anything about it..because I qoute he doesnt sell Dodge. They were very dry with me and acted like they didnt want my business. I felt like a waste of time. As someone who comes from sales, these guys suck. They assumed I was broke because I was in a lemon. Ill tell you what... I rented me a Dodge Charger and bought me a new Mazda 6 the next day I arrived to Houston with no issues.

I live in Texas and my brand new truck broke down in New Iberia while visiting relatives and on my way to Alabama for a funeral. They worked on my truck as soon as a pulled up and found that a module had burned out. The part had to be ordered from the factory. They were so friendly and helpful and brought me to get a rental. This visit was for a recall service visit. It was the fastest service visit I have ever had at any dealership. Less than 30 minutes from checking in to leaving. Very satisfied.

I went in to have my door latch replaced, a repair which should have been covered under recall 16S30. I waited for 5 hours and they wanted to charge me $700 to order the parts and perform the replacement, on top of the $100 they already charged for some useless tire rotations and filter changes that I didnt even ask for. When I got home and took a look at the door myself, I could tell they hadnt even opened the door up to see what was causing the issue. I bought the replacement part myself for under $75 and did the repair in under an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous that they wanted to charge me for a repair covered under a recall.

Their service department is outstanding. This is what originally steered me to come to Arceneaux for next vehicle purchase after having a mystery problem solved by them that other mechanic shops couldnt handle. And after purchasing a vehicle I realized the sales department was just as good. Instead of being there all day long in a negotiation nightmare like past experiences at other dealerships, I was headed home in less than 2 hours with new vehicle and completely satisfied. Based on my own experience I would have to assume the employees are writing these reviews. I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle from this dealership. We had a variety of problems. First the truck I bought was listed as a top of the line loaded vehicle when in actuality it was a step up from the base model. They did tell me this. Only after had pulled my credit and arranging delivery of the pickup. The vehicle I received was suppose to mechanically sound.yet It had an oil leak on the engine.And to beat all the oil level was at least a half gallon over full. There reports showed they had just serviced the vehicle. Which leads me to believe that they knew about the leak and added oil so that it wouldnt be low during delivery. They were other sneaky tactics they used. In the end they sold me a warranty to cover the leaks it had. My advice .... If your buying used vehicles. Dont buy here.... Sorry arcenaux its just true
