I kept hearing a noise under my hood when I begin to accelerate. I made a few appts without the vehicle making the noise with the test drive until I did early bird drop off where the mechanic Sage could hear the noise. My transmission was slipping in my 2 year old Murano. i was so disappointed. Sarah handled the rental and entire repair including assuring me the work would be done timely and updated me every step of the way. I am one tired nurse manager working in a pandemic I never thought Id face and this dealership helped me so much. Thank you again!
I am very upset about a car a purchased with cash for my daughter. We asked about headlights was told they replaced the bulbs but that didnt do anything so we had to dush out 600 for new headlights. Now her ac compressor died???? Only after 3 weeks?.. now Im having to dish out ANOTHER 1500$$$ We barely scrapped the money together for the car now I gotta come up with more??? Im so not happy...

Me and my husband walked into JP Nissan just shopping around for another vehicle. But once we got there the salesman John Jones, the Managers and all the other staff were so helpful. And Mr. Jones was so knowledgeable about the vehicles and so willing to please us, we left that night with a car that I love. I’m so happy we chose to look at cars at this Nissan branch. It makes a customer feel good when the dealership is doing everything to accommodate their needs. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. We will also be back in two to three months to purchase another car for our daughter!! We are thankful.
I wrote down a 430 appointment in my calendar. I showed up at 425pm. Apparently my appointment was at 4. They were so kind and still allowed me to get my oil changed without rescheduling. The waiting area was pleasant and the service was quick!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left when the service was “done”, but after driving approximately one mile from the dealership, the low washer fluid warning light appeared. The vehicle was low on washer fluid when I brought it in, and the warning light was illuminated, so it was not a secret. I had to return to the dealership to have the service “completed”. I use quotations on the word completed to denote that I have no idea if ANY service was done to my vehicle. I have zero confidence that the oil, oil filter, and air filter change or the tire rotation was actually done. This is the second time this exact issue has happened to me at your dealership. As a result, I have zero confidence in your ability to properly service or maintain my vehicle.I’ll also add that I watched as the Service Manager informed the technician who was assigned to (I can’t honestly say worked on) my vehicle that I had returned to correct his mistake, and he laughed. It was nice to see that he found my inconvenience due to his incompetence humorous.
Dealing with this dealership was the best car buying experience i have ever had. Watched a white Odyssey try to flip a U, hit a sedan and immediately take off (hit and run) followed it straight to the dealership with a license plate of EZ2NJOY. Three men who looked like salesmen got out of the vehicle, looked at the impact site then walked into the dealership. It was clearly an unsold vehicle being driven.
Staff - Rodney Antoine, Kimberly Hall - were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable.They went out of their way to make sure all questions were answered. They were very accommodating and I was able to pick up my new vehicle that afternoon.
It was great. Staff was attentive and made me aware of the social distancing setup. One thing I would change is maybe adding a fan or tent to the customer waiting area outside. It was hot that day and the staff was nice enough to let me bring the chair inside the garage.
The guy who helped us with the service was amazing from the time we drove up to drop the car in for service till the time we picked it up, he had a warm welcome friendly attitude and made sure to update us as the car was being serviced let us know what needed our attention and made sure all our needs were meant. Can’t remember his name but he is an amazing asset to any company.

My service was excellent. I did not buy my car there as I lived in Lake Charles when I bought it. They treated me no different. Charlene was very friendly and professional. The cost to fix it was surprisingly more affordable than transmission repair shops in Lafayette. But I will most likely not buy another car with a CVT transmission. Thank you JP Thibodeaux.

Had transmission trouble with my fairly new Nissan. called the 1 800 number. within an hour, my car was towed and dropped off to hp thibodeaux. my car was diagnosed the next day, parts were ordered before I had even arrived. A rental was given to me relatively quickly and my car was finished by the end of the week. Everything was covered by warranty. So I did not have to haggle or fight anything. Service was wonderful and friendly. Thanks to Charlene for giving me updates along the road and making this process a painless one.
Terrible customer service in service department. Seem to put in extra effort to be unhelpful . One other customer in waiting room was having same type of problem as me . Guy at the parts counter was kind and helpful . He gets 5 stars. I can’t imagine going back .

Malcolm and Kenny were absolutely amazing. Our vehicle had been stuck at another dealership for a week without anything being fixed. I got in touch with the team at J.P. Thibodaux and had my Armada transferred there. Within 3 days everything was diagnosed, sent to our warranty, and repaired completely and correctly. They kept us informed through the whole process and even saved us quite a bit on a part we were told needed to be changed by the other company that actually wasnt broken. I cant thank them enough and will definitely return there for any other repairs.

I arrived at 10am on 7/17 to have my oil changed and have my cruise control inspected due to an unobstructed message and it kept cutting off. I was told it would take a couple of hours so I called my wife to come pick me up. A few minutes later Charlene comes and tells me that it will cost because I don have a warranty. I informed her I purchased an extended warranty up to 100k miles at the time I purchased the new vehicle from Nissan. She said she didnt see it. So I had to call the Nissan dealer I purchased the car from, they immediately faxed it over to JP then Charlene told me that I would have a deductible up to $200. She said she was going to email the warranty company to make sure it was covered and it only takes them a few minutes to respond, this at 10:15am. I was surprised that JP couldnt find my warranty. A few hours later Charlene sent me a text stating all the repairs I now needed including corrosion on my battery. She also said she had not heard back from the warranty company and the part was not in to do the repair to the cruise. I informed her on my last visit to change the oil they replaced the battery because it was under warranty, and I was surprised the new battery already had corrosion. She told me she would take care of it at no charge. A few hours later I was told my car was ready. Upon arriving Charlene had told me she still didnt hear back from the warranty company, and that the DID have the part. She asked if I wanted to wait to hear back from the warranty company and I declined. When I arrived home I opened the hood and there was corrosion on my battery, they never even cleaned it . I now decided to call Sandy the service manager, she didnt answer so I left her a message. I then called Tarus the GM, he didnt answer so I left him a message. At 4:35 pm I decided to call the GM again and this time Tarus did answer. I told him what happened and he apologized, told about his rise to GM through the ranks, and that he would take care of me. He said if I brought it back up to him hed give me a loaner car, take care of everything, and make sure the car was spotless because my experience was not how they do business. I drove back up to JP and dropped my car off. Friday I received a text stating my car was ready around 11am. I asked if it was washed liked Tarus promised, 2 hours later I receive a text stating they are sending it back to be washed. When I arrived to pick up my car I was charged $100 deductible AND $6 for taxes on the RENTAL which was covered by my warranty. Charlene told me she filled up the tank(I had 3/4 tank when I dropped off). I thought Tarus was taking care of me, but he didnt. I went back 2 times after speaking to him and he never even came speak to me. When I went to pay my $106 I told the cashier it was suppose to be a loaner not a rental and she took off the $6. This was a nightmare, JP had every chance to make this right and they did NOT. Zero stars should be an option.

Horrible Service!!!!! If I could give no stars I sure would have! Took my car in to get tires replaced and as I was trying to leave my car didnt want to start! Tells me its a starter and let them replace it. Well tell me why a month later its out and they wont warranty anything because it was an aftermarket starter that they purchased at O Reily and installed for us! Luckily i kept the old starter and took it to AutoZone because come to find out we had a lifetime warranty. Well AutoZone tests the starter that they said was bad and they said the starter is fine! So please tell me what machine they are using! DO NOT go to these scum bags! They lie and only want your money and care less if you are stuck on the side of the road because of their negligence!
Bought a brand new car and within weeks found several things wrong. They wouldn’t stick to the warranty they made ever excuse to not make it right! Will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from them. Worst experience ever

Salesman named Larry was very pushy and condescending, refused to tell me the price of the car I was looking at and refused a test drive and instead directed me to two cars well out of my price range, which I let be known the moment hed introduced himself. Will not be returning anytime soon!
