I brought my iPad mini here for a cracked screen repair. It took 7 days although I was told 24 hours and couldn’t even reach customer service for updates. I finally got my iPad mini back but the home button is raised up and silver instead of rose gold and the Touch ID no longer works so now I have to take the iPad somewhere else to fix those issues. Terrible repair work and terrible customer service

PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS YOUNG GUY WHO WORKS HERE TOUCH YOUR PHONE!!!!! in the past i had purchased a case from the older man who works here and thought he was nice which is the only reason i had went to them this time to fix my sons cracked iphone. First he told me he would fix it and call me within about an hour. i waited.....no call...closing time ended up coming and still nothing. so the next day comes and i call for an update he tells me that he had to keep it overnight and it will be fixed the next day first thing in the morning. Anyway when he finally does say it is ready i pick it up bring it home and the phone starts coming apart, yes the front and back screens were seperating, i call him and his response was how is that possible. so i make the decision to bring it elsewhere to have the issue fixed this time. This was about a month ago and i have had to end up changing the screen two more times after he touched my sons phone, now my last option is to file an insurance claim for a new phone. THANK GOD I HAVE INSURANCE!!!! This dude has no idea what he is doing and he will mess your phone up!!!!! Lines would appear on the screen and it would then go black.

They do good work just a little more pricey than other repair shops

Went to get my iPhone 11 screen fix from being cracked. The guy did a very poor job. The same day after the work was done, I begin seeing lines and discoloration coming down my screen. The guy continued lying to me telling me that it was normal and due to a bent frame (which I found out wasn’t true). He also tried to charge me again to fix what he messed up to begin with. I had to end up taking my phone to another repair store to get it done right. Not to mention, having to pay again for them to do the work properly (since i still haven’t got a refund). He also damaged my face ID in the process. Just be careful, the guy that works here isn’t honest.

I was really impressed with how long it did not take for my phone to be repaired. It looked brand new when done. The quality the work done on my phone was excellent. Also I thought my iPad was not repairable and it was fixed with no problem. I was really impressed with everything about Smart Cellilar.
