This is the slowest Verizon store. I have been with Verizon since they bought out Centennial Wireless and everytime come to this store Im here no less than an hour. Typically takes me 2-3 hours. If you come here be prepared to stay a while. The staff is friendly but that doesnt make up for ridiculous wait times.

I just have to say, everytime I go in here the service is awesome. Today I went in to get my granddaughters phone taking care of and mentioned my phone was getting add pop ups. I couldnt figure out how to get these to stop. One of the guys there took the time to go thru my phone, I mean he really searched to fix it. Not something he had to do but he did. And it worked. The woman helping my granddaughter even gave me someone to talk to in case it didnt. Ive been going there for a while now and wont change. Yall are awesome thanks so much

Need to talk to a live human being, just bought a new prepaid phone cant set it up because i have no number yet. And i called customer service and cant speak to a person because i dont have a number yet tried setting up an account with email but never received an email
