No wait at all for servicing. We already knew what we wanted so everything was straight to the point and efficiently executed. We were offered helpful after service suggestions. We were even offered a plan to lower our bill by a little under $10. Percent shopping experience!
Rating should be 0 but it wasnt an option...Visited the store because a family member passed away and I wanted to get their numbers added to my line. Had the death certificate with me explained what I needed done and was told they couldnt help me that I needed to call. Called on labor day and the department I was told that could help me was off for the holiday, no worries right? Called back the following day and was told I would need to bring the death certificate to a store and that they would be able to handle my request. Explained that I already went to the store but they continued that this was the route I needed to go, also this was the first mention of an additional credit check even though I have been a loyal customer for many years... i explained that i was not going to have my credit ran again since my bill would actually be LOWER than what i pay for 2 lines. Rep told me i could just log in to the deceased persons account (like i know their login info) and just leave the bill in there name and keep paying it.. go back to the local store and explain myself yet again and ask why was I sent away the first time and why did no one mention an additional credit check for adding lines to an existing account. To add insult to injury i am soaking wet because It is POURING down raining. Rep was currently on hold with ATT so attempted to assist me during his wait time at which point I was cut off because someone came back on the line. Fed up at that point I left and nearly lost my car because the roads were flooded ... now mind you I had already visited this store days before so technically I didnt need to be out in the terrible weather. Needless to say ATT does not have a clue how to treat customers especially in a sensitive time like after losing a loved on. I am sure the new provider I choose will be happy to assist me when I leave ATT!

Saved me tons of money on my data plan and got me a new phone at a good price! Have had some not so good interactions with some of the other reps there so was pleased to have a friendly, knowledgeable person helping me. If they had 10 of her the store would be amazing! If you need to go to an AT&T store, dont go here. Staff moves like snails and the guy I talked to, which I might add, did not offer to see what he could do with my situation, even though their customer service sent me in saying they could help. Just cost them a good customer. 😡
Me loveless and mrs Darby here at the new Iberia corporate store are both outstanding employees. They have spent hours of their time trying to help us with our account issues here today. I would just like to commend both of these wonderful people for all of their efforts in helping us to get back on our feet and in touch with our families. I went in to do an upgrade! (I go in at about 6:15 and was told to come back the next day because it was almost 8 when i left) Darby was extremely helpful. Although I wasn’t aware of a added line, Colby came in and iron everything out. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I upgraded and was unaware of an added line. Once i found out that added line wasn’t going to be beneficial with the promotion they offered, I went in today to cancel the line. Sam was the first associate to help me; very nice, straight and to the point. Darby was able to help again; very very nice! There was a $55 restocking fee, Sam and Darby both tried to get the lady manager(I’ll be sure to get her name) to waive the fee because of the miscommunication and mishaps from the day before but she said no, even though I was getting another phone. Taking care of the customer right??? WRONG!!! But Loveless who was very nice and friendly helped finish the process and sent me on my way!! Thanks Darby, Colby, Sam, and Loveless...NO THANKS TO THE LADY MANAGER!!!!!!

Richie is MAGIC! My phone went into the spinning wheel screen and I panic! I tried all the tricks I know and none works. I went to this AT&T store and Richie greeted me with a big smile and handshake, and eventually got the phone resurrected! Thank you so much Richie!

I have my cell phone from them . Works great!!! Make schooling with internet cheaper than most services. I have the $45 plan. For the cell phone I paid $40. Prepaid . Great for traveling, school and work. People are really nice so easy to get what I need.

Should be zero stars. Rude, unengaging and unmotivated employees who lack general product and store knowledge. Long lines seemingly all the time. AT&T should be ashamed to have their name on this place. A customer should be able to walk in and purchase an AT&T wireless charger without having to wait in excessively long lines of folks upgrading and shopping for new service. But if you do have to get checked in and wait behind the line of people shopping for service and upgrades, every employee should know that. Waiting for 10 minutes before being told to wait one more minute and we will get to you and then waiting another 15 minutes, for someone else to come along and tell you that you need to get checked in and wait behind what is obviously more than an hour’s worth of frustrated people is...well you know what it is.

At&T store located in New Iberia is the worst place!!! Every one who works there is trained to lie their butts off just to land the sale!! It’s sad such a popular company is based on scamming customers into thinking they’re doing the best affordable option, only to be stuck in contracts with huge bills. Good one At&T!!!!!! So sad

For the fourth month in a row, my experience in tryingto pay my bill at the New Iberia, La. AT&T Store was terrible.They do not accept my.check from my bank. They gave me a phone number to call to find out why the check is not accepted. My banker and I were on the phone with AT&T for almost 2 hours a d talked to 8 different people and no-one could determine why it is not being accepted.My banker and were totally frustrated.

It was a total waste of my time to go here. I went in and asked simple questions about there services and multiple people told me to call customer service for help. The point of the store is customer service and they failed at that. They told me information about my account that was wrong and almost cost me a few hundred dollars. I would wait on hold with customer services over the phone before going into this store and dealing with anyone in there.
