They always take forever to get anything done and when you try to call about prescriptions they automatically hang up on you.
Consistently out of your medication. What medication? Any medication you may happen to be taking. Its on autofill (yet its not ready for another month) Its on back order. The dog ate it. The excuses are endless.

Horrible service in Pharmacy. Waited over an hour for meds that should have been ready yesterday! 5 staff members total- 2 waiting on customers. Staff needs to stop talking & fill prescriptions! That’s why things get lost or fall through the cracks! Do your job!
I have been getting my medication filled here since 2014. Suddenly this time my address was wrong, my phone number, they even had a health insurance card attached to my file that was not mine. When I brought this to their attention they told me it was my old information. I have never lived at the address I never carried that insurance. I never had that phone number. The lady was rude and brushed off my questions, they insisted it was my old information. I left with many unanswered questions: I still have no idea why someone else’s information was on my file. I am finding a new pharmacy.

Poor customer service, pharmacy takes forever, drive through is terrible and takes at least 20 minutes. There is never anyone working the registers, you always have to track someone down in the store to check out your merchandise. I will be taking my prescription needs elsewhere.
Terrible Service! Obviously someone did a terrible job of planning how they would handle the extra work load prior to closing the Admiral Doyle store. We were told that district managers did not think they needed the help. Well, the district managers should hang around all day and listen to all of the VERY ANGRY customers. We switched to CVS when Walgreens stopped taking BC/BS. I think I might go back to Walgreens and hopefully CVS loses enough business so that some district managers are no longer needed.
Great service but very expensive
After I pick up my sons medication this will be my LAST TIME DEALING WITH CVS!! I have been round an round with this store for his medicine! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I dont recommend this store location at all!!!!
