Got to help another customer get something off the top shelf. Had everything we were looking for parking lot is the only reason they dont get 5 stars the lot is not bigger vehicle friendly but still reasonable if you know how to drive.

In the city of New Iberia, La the second store has opened. We are still running of of food in the frozen section. You are fairly new company compared to Dollar General and Family Dollar. Your cash register total up each night how much sales where mad, sales taxes, returned items ( if any) credit card, cash purchases and food stamps purchases. Why is it that at the end of the shift the total quantity sold be added to the truck or 5 cases of items are on hand for week on and 3 cases of items where sold in that week a order for those3 cases be placed on the truck ready to be shipped on on its way. The phase its on back order was BEFORE computer. We are living in a world of SUPPLY AND DEMAND. The demand is high the supplies should be there not waiting on some one to bring it to the loading dock. People are visiting your store on a regular basic. You are in demand, keep it that way. Get the supplies out of the ware house and into the stores in a timely manner. Second thing. Back up is needed in the store before the cashier would see that the line has 2 customers in a line with a basket of item. And the others are carrying mini basket 7 to12 customers). Regional and districts separately monitor each store and give a written report as to their unannounced visit yearly to tje department manager. However, I must say that your store is neat, clean, organized. Each employee so far that I have come up on is very kind, knowledgeable and goes out of their way being helpful

Frozen foods was pretty much empty. Store not very clean. But they do have some good things for only $1. Check out left something to be desired. One cashier doing the best she could with a long line. One manager looking person came out of the office with a phone to her ear, went to a register like she might open but walked right back into the office. Not cool when you have people waiting.

Always $1.00 great way to stay off food stamps and have affordable food for a large family . It is a way of survival and I would love it if other stores would do the same so many people who are having trouble could live freely and would no longer need assistance.😍😍😍

Everything its $1. They have a great variety! I pay double and triple at other places, for the same exact product.

Everything is a dollar! (or less) I was surprised by the selection and quality of stock here. Just because its the Dollar Tree dont be fooled; you can find great products here.

The staff is very friendly. The store is very clean and well kept. Theres always new stuff out.

Line was very long, only one cashier. Called for help but no one came. Later a small group come out from the stock area laughing and still didnt help.

I get all my candy from there

Ridiculous!!!! This store is a joke! One register open regardless of how many people are in line. I just stood in line with about 20 people waiting on a lady that seemingly purchased one of everything in the store. When the cashier FINALLY called for help, the other cashier took 10 minutes to open the other register. I wish I could score it a negative 10.

So fun to shop all kinds of house hold goods and everything is a dollar

Cluttered, messy, nothing in the right place. Employees walking around, talking and texting on their cell phones. Outrageous line of customers waiting to check out, with only one, very slow cashier. Two employees standing around, on their cell phones, instead of opening up extra registers to check out the 20+ customers waiting to check out.
