I highly recommend checking this car dealer. Just bought a car for my daughter and it was a great experience. The owner was very nice and honest. I even told my friend about this car dealer and she went out and bought a car for her son. She also agreed and said “it was a great experience buying a car from them”.

Well I should give it 5 stars but I wasnt happy with the way the mechanic handled my engine light on. Long story but I knew something was wrong with my car but instead of checking it out properly he just manually shut it off. Too bad I have a friend who is a mechanic and knew what was wrong with my car and I wanted to see how G&L would handle it.I love that I got the car I wanted but it was not under the terms I wanted so... but all in all, I would recommend this place to others/friends.

So I had a tough assignment: convince my wife to let go of her car of almost 10 years. We talked about it, researched a few cars, and visited several dealers. We knew what car we wanted. Finding it was the next step.We found the perfect at a dealer on the other side of the state who sold before we got there. Went to several dealerships where the car was dirty and unprepared, the dealer was non-personable or lied to us, or simply put, didnt care to put us in a car.After awhile, we stumbled upon G&L Motors. We went there and met Randy. By far, the nicest, seemingly honest, most personable salesman Ive met in a LONG time. At no point did we feel pressured to buy. Didnt press us. Didnt try to sway us into a different car. We had a hiccup due to frozen credit, but Randy was super understanding and patient and in the end, was able to get her into a car which she LOVES.Hands down, this was the most painless car sale Ive ever experienced. I have other friends who have dealerships but after dealing with Randy, I do not and will not recommend anyone else but him! Thanks guys!

It was the least painful car selling experience Ive ever had, and theyre flexible, as they will meet you where its most convenient. The person I worked with was Jake, whos a member of the family. I wanted the let people that are car shopping to make sure you visit G & L Motor.I was just window shopping for a vehicle for my daughter who just got her drivers license and was looking around the A-K Valley used car lots for a inexpensive vehicle for her.I stopped at 6 other used car lots before G& L and when we stopped my daughter seen a vehicle she liked but the price was out of our budget. When the sales person Brooks asked if he can be of any help we asked about a vehicle and he gave us the keys to look at and take for a test ride. With no pressure Brooks ask for our budget number and said he has nothing at this time but took my info and said he will call if he gets anything.A few days later he call me with a vehicle he thought we may like and the price was a few hundred higher then I advised him but we looked at the 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe. It was very nice and my daughter liked it.The next day I called G & L and I talked to Randy and advised him of my budget number and he meet that number.So the moral of the story is always shop around and you could not meet a nicer used car dealer that goes out of their way to make a great deal.Thanks G& L

Brooks and Randy are great people have helped me through alot...cant say much about the vehicle I purchased there have had it for 10 months out of those 10 driven for maybe 4 months its only taken 56 days this time around for the repair but on the second note they did supply me with a loner vehicle the whole time so tell me what dealership would do that for you.. no one but they did..on another note not much respect for the privacy there seems the place knows your business there like the mechanics that have no business telling you certain things on the phone they shouldnt even know about like your financial end of things aplus to randy and brooks and hell even the financial department not the repair end at all....

I have never had a bad experience at G and L Motors. The G and L family have always gone above and beyond to make sure they met my needs. Sadly the bad reviews reflect the opinions of people who come in with horrible credit and a chip on their shoulder and there is no dealership anywhere that can take away the fact you have bad credit and will pay dearly for that reason. This dealership is in business to make money like any other business but from what I know of them they are very fair and upfront.

The night I bought my vehicle the transmission line went out on my way home. They fixed it for me by splicing it and patching. So, needless to say I had to have the entire line replaced along with various other things. Not to mention its 3 months after purchase the engine went out. DO. NOT. PURCHASE. A. VEHICLE. FROM. HERE. Unless you are the type who enjoys replacing almost every part and breaking down frequently! :)Oh, and btw Sharon (down below), it has nothing to do with my credit. Nice try though.

Good place to buy a car but high on some vehicles

This so called business is of the MOST MORALLY BANKRUPT off the lowest degree sold me and my spouse a 2004 Dodge Durango (used).Naturally it had a few issues to be worked out mostly cosmetic is what we were led to believe by the sales team long story short it basicly had a blower engine!!!Was told by sales staff plugs and coil packs was the root of rough missfire.Well after taking to. my mechinacs place of business he told me that number 6 valve was bowled and basicly needed a new engine. while test driving noticed missfire but no check engine light on until I put a new battery in it immediately after purchase Im talking literally minutes after.When seeking resolution from G&L motors was basicly told tough shot you bought the vehicle as us it is completely on you _me) once you sigh the paperwork 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳.

The worse place to buy a vehicle. Brought a 2008 Chrysler town and country from them and they said they would have the title to me and its been over a month no title and no registration on the plate in harrisburg... Not to mention i had the van for 1 month and the tranny went out on it....and they dont care they laughed at me when i told them i need the title... This place are illegal and they are rude. I have three babies ! I dont recommend them to anyone! Worse place either. They tried to tell me they can sell a vehicle with just a pink slip lmao i called notarys and they all said no.

Traded my Jeep in got a fair amount for the condition it was in. Then got a Subaru outback had a few issue with they took care of it. I love my outback and they have a customer for life and also Im now taking my car to there garage for all my car needs!!!

They bought my car from a Craigslist ad, they came to my address, wrote me a check, and offered not to take the car until the check cleared and I had the money. Great people, great company, fair price for my used car.
