Everything from the ice cream cookies, cones, root beer floats and blizzards are good. But drive through takes 7-10 business days to get through. So annoying!! It’s like they take your order and make it while the next customer sits at the intercom waiting for the person in front of them to get their food. Drive through needs to be better and faster. Went other places multiple times just to avoid sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes with kids under 4 screaming and wanting ice cream lol.

Rainbow cones. Ive been eating these since I was born. AMAZING.

Very disappointing. Worst banana split ever, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Frozen bananas, not fresh, barely any whipped cream, and the ice cream was anything but creamy. The ice cream was half slush and half- melted by the time I got home. No plastic spoon given, no napkins, no thank you, come again, no credit card receipt. I will never visit this location again. Ill drive out of my way to go to another location next time.

Just go to the one in Frankfort or Mokena. The ice cream tastes better and they are significantly faster. Waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with 6 cars in front of me when I initially pulled up. I was too committed to leave with the kids in the car but save yourself the headache and disappointment. My shake seemed like just soft serve in a cup with a straw...literally impossible to drink and little to no oreos anyway

I wish all of the drive ups had a double board setup. One to peruse, before you get to the second and last board to order. I believe this would alleviate the long waiting in line. Besides that, they are ridiculously overpriced. Hersheys icecream does not impress. Its way too gritty. I should have gotten the rainbow cone. I didnt check the price. Im sure itll be way too much money, like everything else on the menu.

Good ice cream and, decent food. Just be weary mostly all highschoolers work here and are not very vigilant or experienced. My orders are wrong 9/10 times I go there or missing something. I have ordered two baby sized ice creams before which is $1.09 and they wanted to charge me $7. Another time I had a fry with my order, and there was about 8-10 fries in the small little bag and the employee thought that was acceptable. Just be cautious, check your order and ask for your recipt.

Love this place! Brought my son here for the first time while visiting family. He now has a new favorite ice cream spot. Best ice cream, shakes and food! Definitely will bring back childhood memories!

They keep messing up orders giving wrong toppings. Today I asked for a large twist on a cup with sprinkles from the drive through and didn’t notice until I got home that it was loaded with nuts inside it under the sprinkles.

The new Cheese cake was awesome!! Service was suspect. Ice cream combos 😋

Not bad. Stopped by for Weiner Wednesday, one of many daily specials they hold throughout the week. For the price ($1.39 at the time of this writing), I was expecting a dinky dog. However, I got what was mostly a Chicago style dog, minus the beef and the celery salt.The dog itself is a hefty portion, probably .20 - .25lbs. It was rather pale, which suggested a pork/chicken blend vs. the beef that is usually associated with a Chicago dog. I doubt they could offer beef at this price though, so I didnt mind. In fact, I ordered more.The service was pretty good. From what I could tell, there were only 2 employees handling the orders and prep, so I cant blame them for slow service. Order taker was polite, though I would advise taking a moment to acknowledge a customer that is waiting at the counter, even if you cant get to them right away. That way they dont feel ignored or missed. Once my order was taken though, the food was prepared very quickly, so bonus points for that!I am glad to see they have removed references to the Icecream product they used to sell. I had gone there with my son last year and was disappointed when we clearly were served with a generic version of that trademark icecream product.On that note, their menu board says their icecream is all natural with no artificial flavors/colors/etc. This is not true. A quick look at the ingredients list of Hershey Creamery products (the icecream brand they serve here), readily shows the presence of several food dyes (red 40, blue 1, yellow 5, yellow 6, etc). This is misleading, and a contributing factor in my decision to mark 4 instead of 5 stars.Lastly, the facility was clean and well organized. I felt comfortable dining inside.

Went for Ice Cream and had their Wed special; hot dog with everything and it was delicious.🌭 Now I dont like soft serve and was happy that they have scoop ice cream.🍨 We had 3 kids and they did enjoy a malt, a shake and a banana split. 🍧🍦😋Will definitely visit again! Reasonable prices too!

Normally this would be a 5-star but over the years the creamery has slowly diminished. Sadly I dont know if I have ever gotten a correct order in the creamery and not had to go back through the drive-through and wait an extra five minutes them to get it right. However their ice cream is always fresh and consistency is on point! Their blasters are amazing I cannot recommend getting any candy options unless if it is Reeses as I believe the other ones are just knock-offs

Great ingredients but poorly put together. Was treated extremely rudely on multiple occasions for no reason other than ordering. After that everything was thrown together to the point I had one banana split and the bag tore from being wet and I live less than a mile away. Overall low rating the place is good the employees are not.

It is amazing how different the experience is, even from two franchises with the same name. This stores workers are prompt and courteous, but the chocolate ice cream tasted like it was made with lower fat milk - thinner, quicker to melt - than other Creamery stores. I mean, if youre going to bust the diet, it should be with thick and rich tasting ice cream, and not with a McDonalds imitation. I guess Ill just have to try this place and several others again, just to be sure this is a true reflection of the store (compared to the other Creamerys) and not just an off-night. Such a sacrifice - - but its worth it to give you an accurate reflection of each store. Sigh.

Very slow service!

I have been there twice in the past week. The girls are very very rude! No smiles, no nice voice, no polite thank you, nothing nice to say at all. Just the tone of voice they are using is off putting. Seems like management needs to do some customer service training! Also, one girl has 2 inch long fingernails all polished. Theyre pretty but they are against state regulations in food service.

I patron the Creamery in Manhattan and Frankfort all the time and have received awesome customer service from all their employees. Never have I ever been so disappointed in the customer service I received from this place. The girl(dont know her name but she had tattoos on her arms) was extremely rude and short with our order. I understand it is a drive thru but give us a minute to see what we want to order. I asked her to give us a minute and she rudely asked us again can I take your order? So, I had to repeat myself. I wasnt mad at this point as I figured the speaker box was old. Then we finally ordered. I ordered a medium ice cream twist with crunch, my husband ordered a strawberry shortcake, and I got my daughter a kids twist ice cream in a cup. Again, she seemed short with us but figured it is a Saturday night so I get it.Pull up to the window, she took my card. I commented to husband about how short she was with us. We get my husbands ice cream and it has a lid on it. I get mine next. Then they go to hand me an ice cream cone which is for my 2 year old daughter. So, I explained to her that I had asked for a cup not a cone. She then goes to hand me the cup without a lid and I ordered a kid size. As I hand it back to her, she grabs it back from me she snidely remarks are you kidding me? REALLY? You just gave me the first cup of ice cream with a lid why would you not put one on this cup? Especially being a kids size? Then make a remark like Im the one who didnt get it right? Plain and simple if you paid attention the first time there would have never been a problem.Then, I get home and find out from my mom that she and her friends dont ever patron this location because of the rude staff! And she told me that they have a bad rapport for treating their patrons like garbage.Well, I will be driving the extra miles to go to Manhattan or Frankfort next time I want ice cream.

They should have a better logistics flow for the drive thru. Cars are lined up and the wait is 10+ minutes just to place your order. And then when you get to the window they ask you what your order was. They should have cars pull around to wait for longer orders to keep the flow through the drive thru.

I go here because it is the closest ice cream store with a drive thru. Ice cream is good with a large variety of items. Drive thru can get very busy at times. They also carry the Rainbow ice cream.

I was visiting from Tennessee, and was told to come here for an awesome Chicago Style hotdog. It did not disappoint!

I work across the street, I have a 30 minute break and I love their fried food, especially their bosco sticks. But every time I go in drive thru I wait over 10 minutes each time, even if I’m the only customer there. But I just went in line with 3 cars behind me, I waited 8 minutes for just bosco sticks and a water, once I left I was watching and saw 3 cars behind me get their food right away each time, I was confused why I waited so long compared to the following 3 who got their food right away one after the other. Did they wait for all orders to be done to hand me mine? It takes up so much of my break and it’s frustrating when no matter what there is a wait. Especially because there’s about 1 other place to get food around here for a work break. I love their staff and food but something should change about their system with timing or just hire more people so one or two workers arent running the whole show. I have never not waited over 8 minutes. I’ve worked in fast food and that is definitely not fast if this happens almost everyday I go there.

My first visit to Creamery New Lenox resulted in a partial wrong order. I phoned to discuss the situation and the rude employee commented well, we are very busy and its Weenie Wednesday. That was her excuse for the incorrect order. I ordered a double cheeseburger, FF, and a drink. Burger was cold and marginal, FF were under cooked and cold, and drink was watery. Disappointed in both the food, the service, and the customer relations.

Got a grey hot dog with a pink stripe in the middle, looks like it was 5 days old. Called to complain no one answers. Dont go here. Distugting. Need health inspect to show up there
