If there was a way to give this store a 0 I would in a heart beat! They told me I had diamonds missing and when they looked up my account to check the warranty information they all of a sudden wouldn’t take the rings to have them sent off. Went to another Kay’s in southern IL and they confirmed I didn’t have diamonds missing. This store is trash and needs to be shut down. The staff was very disrespectful and couldn’t even comprehend the fact if there were diamonds missing that they needed to send the rings off. This store and the staff are a joke. Next time I will go to the Marion, IL store where they are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about.

My wife and I purchased a warranty on her wedding ring and band. The warranty requires that we send it in for cleaning and inspection every six months which we’ve done. Recently her wedding ring became damaged through fault not our own. Kay’s in new Lenox gave us no problems at all when it came to fulfilling their end of the agreement. The manager Vicky was extremely helpful and friendly. I was so impressed with how Vicky handle the whole situation. Not going to lie, I was nervous that Kay’s wouldn’t live up to their end of the warranty but Vicky took care of my wife and I. 5 out 5 experience. Needless to say, my wife loves her new ring.
I went to this location . In new Lenox To have rings sized they quoted me anywhere from 800 to a thousand dollars per ring told me They had to send them away for two weeks or more to be sized . The staff was very cold . Acted like they didnt have time to answer any questions or nothing . Took my jewelery to jared . With onsite lab . Sized and done beautifully in 2 days . Answered all my questions and gave me the details on each ring . For a quarter of what this place quoted . I will never step foot in this place again nor do I suggest anyone else go here its horrible . Personally they shouldnt get one star

My boyfriend bought me a ring from the Tinley Park Kay jewelers and it was about 1/2 size too big. I took it to the New Lenox location to get it sized down. They told me they couldn’t find any record of the ring and therefore refused to size it for me. Since the ring was ordered online IN THE STORE, they had no record of it whatsoever. She said it looked like Cubic Zirconia which they will not resize. Why sell me a ring that you won’t resize?? Took it to David Nelson and they took care of it with no question!
