I had a pair of costume jewelry earrings of my mothers that I wanted made into posts instead of clip on. I read on FB how you can do it yourself. But these earrings had special meaning to them and I wanted it done correctly. Zembar Jewelers did a superb job. I wouldnt have done it the way they did it. AND thats why Im so impressed with how Zembar Jewelers did the work. The earrings will be balanced and lay correctly on the ears. They will be worn with pride. Was my first time at the store. I was looking for a unique gift for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Rita was so helpful from me calling ahead to ask questions to helping me find the absolutely perfect gift. The engraving machine is really cool and it’s so wonderful the way you can customize your items. The jewelry is beautiful in the store and all unique beautiful and many affordable beautiful pieces. The customer service is amazing I felt like I’d been coming there for years was treated like family. I highly recommend coming here for your jewelry and gift ideas you’ll definitely be happy

First of all I found Zembar Jewelers by googling for Jewelry stores near me and they were first to pop up so I swung by I needed a plain gold chain for a custom pendent I had made the nice young lady was very knowledgeable and friendly as well as the store owner prices are very reasonable and they have a wide variety to choose from is what I loved I will def be back very sooooon Thank You Ladies

I was very happy with a necklace repair, until it broke today. Had a very small teardrop pearl on it, and it broke in the same place that I had it repaired. I dont think it was even 30 days. Regardless, when Ill bring back in soon. Kinda stinks

Great experience both times I have worked with Zembar Jewelers. The first time I needed an antique ring of my grandmothers repaired and they did a fantastic job. I had originally received a quote for the same work from another local jeweler and they were significantly higher. Zembar repaired my ring to like new for a reasonable rate. The second time a prong broke on my 24 year old engagement ring and my diamond fell out. They repaired it by replacing the whole head to make it more secure and it looked like new when I received it back. Very happy with their work.

This jewelry store did nothing in regards to social distancing or wearing masks. The workers were also incredibly rude, impatient, and demeaning; it is clear that they do not have respect for the customers they are trying to coerce into buying overpriced jewelry.

Kathy and Jeremy are the best. Brought in some rings to have the diamonds taken out and put into a new setting. What a beautiful ring they made for me. After getting the ring I then decided to have more diamonds put into it. It is absolutely a unique ring. Which is just what I wanted. They couldnt have been any nicer. I plan on having more pieces made and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

My grandma recently passed away, And I received a beautiful tear shaped pendant from zembar! It keeps her ashes in the pendant . I had the worst experience at Zembar. Kathy the owner was extremely rude. After calling and asking about when a repair would be ready several times I started getting worried that perhaps it was lost. She assured me it wasn’t, but couldn’t provide a real date for when it would be done. Originally it was supposed to be 2 weeks. Then it was another week, and another, until finally I just asked for my piece to be returned...after 5 weeks! The whole time Kathy was not kind or compassionate about the time it was taking or the reason it was taking so long, nothing! I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I will only bring my jewelry to a store where there is actually a jeweler there on the premises from now on because you never really know where your jewelry goes apparently, and if the owner can’t give you answers then who can?!? Horrible experience and if I could give them a zero I would!

Sales person was rude, dismissive, and put the only blemish on my otherwise amazing engagement experience. I later called back to speak with the manager (or possibly owner?) and she was just as condescending and rude as the person at the counter.Shame too, as theyre right down the street from me. Had they conducted themselves better in this instance they wouldve earned themselves a life-long customer with disposable income who loves to buy jewelry for his soon-to-be wife.I had much better experience with David Anthony Jewelry on Rt. 30 and Schoolhouse with the same exact situation who will be taking my money from now on for many many years. I encourage others to go to them as well!
