My wife and I are getting a house built. The lady my wife worked with spent 3 hours on lights for the house. You cant find custom service like that every where. Color me impressed.

What they dont have, they know exists and can help you get it. Very friendly. They cant have everything in stock, but they know their business.

Nice workers who are knowledgeable about lights. They have a huge selection to choose from. I think they should make the lights higher up cause I hit my head.

I didnt find the service as bad as the other reviewer, but it was certainly lackluster and uninformative. No one could answer my questions because they simply didnt know. There is an electrical supply store attached, however, and they were much more helpful.

Went to shop for lights around my house. When entering the store there were about 6 female workers sitting at their desk. Not one of them acknowledge my husband and I. When my husband asked where were the outside lights one of the women pointed to a room. We went to look at them but no one came to assist us . We decided to take our business elsewhere. Upon leaving not one of them looked our way. Will let everyone I know about the terrible way we were treated.

Even though its a commercial Parts House the counter guys dont treat you like a jerk .They were very helpful and knowledgeable

Never heard back on pricing. Even followed up with an email, still no response. We spent more than an hour there and was promised an email with pricing for a somewhat custom lighting project. We also bought something that was $200 that day so I guess that’s all they cared about. Very disappointed.
