I really love this Starbucks and their amazing staff! Always kind and friendly and definitely do a good job of things. Once in a while they are a little slow but to be honest they work so hard to make the experience pleasant it’s totally worth it!

First off the service is great and the food is usually on point. The 1 star is for the fact that this location for whatever reason cannot keep food in stock. Double smoked bacon sandwich is almost always out of stock.If you are selling out on a regular basis, maybe you should be ordering more stock... This is not just a late in the morning on a weekend kind of issue, it happens at 730am on a weekday as well. Today was probably the 10th time I went to get the sandwich and it was again sold out.Just reiterating that the service and food are usually great here, the low rating is for the lack of keeping up with consumer demand...

The drinks were good but the wait was ridiculous. They had two people making drinks, one taking orders, as soon as a third person hopped on the line to assist with drink making the wait time sped up significantly.

The place is generally friendly and most beverages are done well.Problem: they limit the time they brew dark roast coffee. As I only drink dark roast coffee Ive never been pleased with that. And now they stop even earlier. Then the first thing they offer is an americano, which is nothing like a dark roast coffee. I like locations that immediately offer a pour over. They make you feel like a pour over is an inconvenience.Additionally, I was in the other day and watched some guy handling a yogurt in the cooler and then put it back...not very sanitary...I cant stand next to someone but I can grab a yogurt after someone pawed it.

Is it possible to have a bad time at Starbucks? The New Milford Starbucks has been a staple or my weekends and my weekdays for years. It is always clean, the employees are always friendly and happy to be there, most importantly the food and drinks are always top notch!! The atmosphere inside is always relaxed and pleasant. Drive through is prompt and the orders are always 100%!! Definitely worth a trip it youre looking for a great crafted beverage or a luxury class bite to eat!

Starbucks is good at making drinks. The best kind is the Strawberry frappuccino. I dont like the color green but the building is pretty.

A great location with lots of seating, and a pair of tables for outside during nicer weather.Plenty of outlets for working and charging up. =)

I will no longer go to any Starbucks Ive visited 2 in the past week and both have me attitude when I asked for a straw. During this pandemic I feel like a straw is a simple request as I dont want to put my lips against a lid that someone had to put there hands all over to put on.

Pulled up to the drive through window to hear the girl making my drink saying “here’s the drink for the first timer, she’s probably going to complain it’s too black.” Unprofessional and flat out disrespectful. Next time make sure the window is closed 👍🏼

*Update*I honestly don’t know what happened to this Starbucks. I haven’t had a drink made correctly from them in over six months. I stupidly come back and hope for the best but it’s always bad. I’m currently going around the drive through after picking up my order via the Starbucks app, hoping that they can give me a cinnamon cloud macchiato that’s made correctly.*dropped down to one star*Bringing my wrongly made drink up to the drive through and they want to argue about what’s correct.*older review*One of the best Starbucks in CT and I’ve been to quite a few. They always get my order right and listen to what I ask for. They don’t rush you through the drive through or at the counter. Always a pleasure to visit. Also, their super early shift is also on point - always Putting on a smile even though nobody wants to be up at that time. I appreciate it.

Love going to Starbucks... Staff always friendly.... Love the dark roast ( I realize, not for everyone 😋)... Had banana bread, very yummy... My daughter had a peppermint frappuccino (sp?) Which she liked, especially since it had a little matcha in it.. look forward to going again!

This is at the original location of Stanleys Diner where I would take the Bonanza Bus to and from either Canaan or Falls Village back in the 1970s and 1980s. I was headed to Southbury to visit my grandparents.

There are no Starbucks around that can equate to this one in New Milford! The batistas are always friendly, quick, and super knowledgeable.Ive asked for recommendations of drinks to try on the menu, and theyve never done me wrong!Having been to other Starbucks locations, has really only increased my appreciation for this spot! Love!

Espresso tastes like they never clean the machine. Old and dirty flavor. Save your money or head to Danbury

They didnt seem too busy, but got my food order wrong, I didnt realize until Id drive. Away though. Servers were friendly, its a comfy place to hang out and work and the drive through has a high capacity for traffic

Woo nice coffee shop, they are doing good, they ask questions to see if they receive the right order, nice place. Quick drive through, nice service offer, no one following up behind closed and blowing interrupting you.

Customer service is good but they are always out of half the menu because the management loves playing numbers games.. they need to order correctly..

Can never go wrong with Starbucks. Anyone who complains about the price doesnt realize that per fluid ounce, its almost identical. Anyone who complains about the flavor doesnt understand that they have different blend of coffee available at all times. You can cater to any palate at Starbucks.

This Starbucks location almost always messes up my order. On one instance, I observed the barista scooping off whipped cream from my non-dairy beverage. I asked the barista to make me a new drink because I do not consume dairy. While the barista agreed to make me a new drink, they proceeded to incorrectly tell me that there is dairy in their mocha. On two other instances (that I am aware of) I was also given dairy when I ordered a non-dairy beverage at this location. Besides the fact that it’s annoying, this place is not safe for vegans or people with food allergies. Period.

I usually go to the store in Newmilford, The man at the drive thru is the best. Very friendly, and always a smile on his face.

My brother & I were there this afternoon to buy coffees. We waited 25 minutes, which was too long. There were 2 very busy baristas plus someone working the drive thru window but it seemed like mobile orders were getting precedence. Customers actually inside the store should be served first. The coffee was good but I wont go back to that particular store again.
