I was looking for a new piece of jewelry for myself and decided to stop into this shop. Im not big on vintage jewelry, but I was pleasantly surprised at the mix of new and estate pieces they had. Prices were very reasonable and customer service was great - not pushy but helpful when asked. I bought a gorgeous ring that they sized and shipped to me at home. Highly recommended.

We cannot go to New Orleans without visiting the New Orleans Silversmiths. I love the elegant simplicity and continued fine quality of pieces from vintage silverware to sterling multiple chain bracelets. I love it all! I find pieces that I cannot find elsewhere.I get compliments on my jewelry and get to talk about New Orleans which is always a yearly adventure.

Most places on the Quarter are over-priced. This place has beautiful jewelry and antiques and has fair prices. Their customer service is great too. I just left a valuable ring there while trying on their rings and they held it and shipped it to me, nicely packaged. I will continue to shop here!

We went to look for cuff links. They pointed out three very plain pairs for sale and a shelf that were not for sale. There were several cute dog-themed pairs in the window but they werent mentioned by the sales lady. They didnt interest me but it felt as if we were brushed off.

We bought my antique engagement ring here a year ago. This was the first place we stopped. We looked all over the Quarter and came back for the first ring we looked at. The estate jewelry selection was good, the prices were fair, and its a beautiful ring. The ladies that helped were pleasant and helpful.

Such a beautiful store its ashame the last time I entered the three ladies working there just silently stood and stared at my partner and I while we looked around. Uncomfortable and unwelcoming
