This particular best buy is lacking basic customer service. Be it that Im out of town its an outsiders perspective. However I did ask for help purchasing a tablet, and was left standing in front of the case for 20 minutes, while employees just walked by. One woman was in fact helping a customer, the others were having a great time amongst themselves. I had to leave without purchasing the tablet.
Out of everything. Shelves are empty. Impossible to find someone knowledgeable to assist you. Nice teenagers on staff but theyre just kids—pay people $20/hour and get some helpful staff. Why do stores have to be garbage?
Very courteous and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Have been knowing this BEST BUY when they opened their doors years ago. Sorry BESTBUY laid off almost 5000 employees, nationwide ( including this BEST BUY)
Went there to look at some Ring products. Giant ginger guy showed up to help unasked. Super helpful, helped talked me through the installation configuration, got me what I needed. Wish I had got his name but Im going to assume that theres not a lot of giant ginger guys that work at this particular best buy.
Just leaving this location because the staff acted like I was invisible. Their phones and personal conversations were clearly more important than a paying customer who needed assistance. Poor customer service or a lack thereof is going to run this place out of business like it has many others. Where’s management? They need to be on the floor making sure this doesn’t happen. Scared to implement a no cell phones on the floor policy? Staff literally walk past like they don’t want you to ask them for anything. What makes it crazy is, there was hardly any customers in the store so they weren’t busy.
Its nice to have some retail places like this to actually see what youre buying.

Stopped in to see about getting a soundbar. Surprisingly there was a decent supply of well priced items that met my need. I say surprised, because inventories have struggled to catch up since 2020 shortages. Didnt really have an exchange with a staff person. I knew what I wanted, so my visit was less than 15 minutes. Pleasant, in and out. 😊👍🏽
The was extremely busy post Hurricane Ida however, the staff was accommodating and the lines moved quickly
Best Buy in Haraham, La is in a nice location.The staff was friendly and helpful in assisting customers.Unfortunately, they were very low in Samsung products.On Sunday evening 10/3/21,Best Buy in Harvey, La. was closed to walk in customers. They were rerouting customers to the Haraham Store.We we told by workers, they were only serving on-line pick-ups, due to cashier issues.Hopefully, in the near futher, they will restocked more Samsung products.
Best Buy seems to be low on stock. Part of the problem is the pandemic interrupting the supply chain, but it just felt like the life had gone out of the place. I found what I needed, but it wasnt like the old days when going to Best Buy was fun. There were no games to try, and only a few television sets to gawk at. Just kinda sad.
Customer service was outstanding. They help us out a lot. We were so grateful!
Came in on the off chance they had what I was looking for and they did! A nice gentleman helped me find what I was looking for and he was a real nice guy!

If youre a Samsung person and need a new phone/tablet/whatever, this is your place. Cherie (Samsung expert) provides the BEST customer experience. Best Buy needs some work on their processes, but most of the people here are super nice.

I honestly went here assuming they too would not have the Epson ink jet printer I needed; that many seems to purchases these days and of course they were sold out. Great thing is the guy working the area told me he could simply order it for me and it will be delivered! Thats exactly what happened and it was delivered on time yesterday! Im very happy because Ive been searching for this printer for a while.🥰

My wife just purchases a 65 in Sony TV 1400.00 dollars. Brings it home .no stand no plug no remotes. No manual. I called the store an talked to the rudest human being I have ever spoken to. She told me we purchases a TV out the box. No I took it out the box .I told her what difference it makes It was 1400.00 what Im I supposed to do lean it up against a brick an does it run off of batteries. She hung up on me an since we paid cash for it .we cant get the cash back because they dont aloud that much cash in the store. We gave they 1400.00 45 minutes ago ..stay away from best buy on Clearview Pkwy
They never have in stock what i need, everytime i go i come out disappointed. I see 5 employees behind the counter and just 2 customers but i had to wait for 1 customer to be done to get attended.
I went shopping for a laptop around town and found that Best Buy had the Best price. Guess I made the Best choice.... Best be moving on now....

Just browsing laptops.Customer service was great: helped answer any questions I had. Everyone was very knowledgeable.Also found out that theres a Best Buy credit card that offers zero interest for 1 year with a 27% thereafter. This gives u sum time 2 make those payments b4 getting hit with those interest payments
Stock is low as in most places these days. They had what I needed but it was difficult to find.
Great store in a great location, spoke with an employee tonight and he was very knowledgeable and courteous in helping me to understand where the product was and which one specifically I would need. Store was nice and clean, organized alomg with what appeared to be plenty of stock. I recommend this store and will be back for future purchases.
The staff at this location is remarkable definitely better than other places. Also they have a huge selection of electronic devices

They need to stock items. Went there for sonos for husbands job and none of the stores had them in stock. Something that they are suppose to be caring on the shelf. Called 5 diffrent stores and couldnt get it.

We purchased a pixel phone online which online was noted to be in stock and available for same day pickup. We went to pick it up today, waited in line, only to find out after speaking to two people that they had sold it to someone else, not a single apology or an offer to make this right. I expect much better from Best Buy. Will avoid Best Buy from now on. beyond disappointed. #notBestBuyButWorstBuy

It is what it is when choosing Best Buy I guess. It is a nice place with a range of inventory but to me very overrated and pricey. Never my go to. The customer service is very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Actually a little too much if you ask me. I always feel like they think everyone walks in there with the intention to steal the way they act as vultures from the time you step close to the entrance until you are walking out the doors.
The was neat and clean. A team member did help us, he was knowledgeable about electronics and checked us out.

I have asthma hence cannot wear a mask. State and Jefferson Parish Mandate clearly states people with medical conditions DO NOT have to wear masks. This is the only store that hasnt allowed me to shop without a mask despite my medical condition. Best Buy has lost my business and any business from my friends and family.
Always a pleasure dealing with Best Buy. My one issue is they do not keep the RTX 3080 in stock right now but Noone does so thats forgivable.
Curbside pickup could be a little faster. But I will use it again.

Theyre stock of movies, games, and computer products have been so cut down to bear bones its not even worth going to the store unless youre buying a cell phone or picking up an online order. Its depressing to try and shop there.

Stopped by to pick up 2 Iphone 12 pro maxs tonight and was told that they closed in half an hour, had already been there about fifteen minutes, and I could come back tomorrow. Then I was told I could go to the sprint store if I wanted them tonight and maybe they could help me. Then he looked at me and said if I wanted the phone they open at ten. Customer service has been bad there for awhile, four people standing there and no one could be bothered. It seems everytime I walk in the staff is huddled up gossiping and cant be bothered with actually doing their job, I think its just another reason to just shop online !

My husband and I went to the store to buy a screen protector for his phone. The person at the phone counter was less than helpful. She did not walk us over there and seemed like she did not care. Best Buy will warrantee a screen protector of placed on the phone by one of their employees. We asked her to apply it to the phone. She laughed and said I can try. There was a congregation of employees at the phone desk. That does not give us confidence in the customer service. We actually left without purchasing the screen protector because the lack of help in one of their services.
