First and foremost, they offer one of the best prices in the city/state/country. I talked to customer as I waited, and he quoted me $800 for his Toyota Sequoia when he stopped by a national chain. He came here and I dont know what he officially paid but probably similar to what I paid, which is around $250.The installation time: 45 minutes or faster. However, since they dont stock hundreds of windshields, they have a delivery guy -- which I assume they probably deliver every hour / every other hour. Based on my observation, you might be there 60-120 minutes.The quoted time of 45 minutes is a bit misleading BUT its totally worth the wait if you are saving $150-plus (for same day installation).Tip: You can eat at nearby take out places and restaurants, OR drink coffee with shop(s) within walking distance including Ideal Market (latin grocer and take out cuisine).

Anytime I have an auto glass issue, Jazz is the first place that I call! Darryl and his team are always personable, kind, patient (I ask a ton of questions) and professional. He is very skilled in auto glass repair and takes his time to find out what my issue is and clearly explains to me what is needed to make the repair and offers me a fair price. He has repaired my windshield and my door motor. Take your glass to Jazz!

Terrible service. I was quoted 2 hours and it took nearly 8, then when I arrived they didn’t check my id or even my name and gave me the wrong paperwork. They charge a $15 fee for credit card transactions. Then, the day after my windshield was replaced the waterproofing started peeling off (see pictures), and I noticed water marks on my dashboard from rain the night before. Not to mention they left a mess in my car and somehow managed to knock my right rear view mirror loose. When I called to ask about my options for getting some kind of refund or fix, they hung up on me and didn’t return my message. Plus I’m pretty sure they over charged me. Will definitely never be returning.

Darrell and Travis did an excellent job with replacing my windshield. They were quick and a lot less expensive than the competition. They also had my windshield available on the spot. I had two windows broken out a few weeks back. After calling around to several shops all the other places could only provide me an appointment a week later. Jazz Auto was the ONLY shop who could do same day service. In fact, when once I called they had the windows ordered and delivered before I arrived at the shop an hour later. The staff was great and very friendly. Will absolutely use them in the future.

I called ahead to confirm they had my make/model windshield in stock. The woman who took my call was very friendly (and patient being I couldn’t even remember my make/model 🤪). She informed me to come in ASAP so they could get it done quickly. I was there within 30 minutes. Darrell greeted me when I arrived. He was very friendly and informed me they’d have my car completed as soon as they were finished with the car they were currently working on. It did take awhile, but what car place (other than 5 minute oil change) is speedy fast?! None. I didn’t mind waiting. Darrell continued to come in and update me throughout the process. The key is arrive very early, as they open.

My car window was broken into. I took it to Jazz to get it replaced. After a couple of days I noticed a sound in my door. They never took the broken glass out of the door panel. My window does not roll down properly, it rolls down slanted. The alignment is completely off.

This shop is horrible! Promised me get it done in two hours and will call me, but never called for the whole day. Got the car, found my wipers were miss placed, bent too much, cant touch the windshield to wipe! The guys cant open the hood they tried to pry it open chipped the hood edge. The screw on the trim panel below the windshield were ripped. When I arrived at the shop, they showed me my car was ready, but I found they forgot to install my rearview mirror! Sad to see they handle my car poorly. The price was even higher than many of the online quotes. Be careful about this shop, it is a total ripp off.

We called this morning for a quote and was told it would be $150. We waited for a total of 4 hours to get the window replaced by someone who lacks customer service all together and Is inappropriate with how he interacts with customers. Once finished, the price raised to 169. I told him he quoted me 150. I asked how is it now 169. He said taxes. Then said my total was 180 and that was due to Louisiana state taxes. Then charged me $10 to run my card. The waiting room had trash on the table and floor. Crackheads hanging outside the establishment. Just all around ghetto and I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there or go back myself. You get what you pay for! If you like unstable prices and to be talked to crazy then this is your spot 😒

Very Unprofessional. They lied and told me they could fix my window and backtracked and said they couldnt, citing that they dont have the tools for the job because of the year, make, and model. They knew what year it was when the issue was explained over the phone when they told me what type of part to purchase. They just didnt want to fix it because theyre incompetent and was ready to leave, after all they told me that although they close at 12pm on Saturday, theyd fix it and here it was almost 2pm and they were coming up with excuses. Dont waste your time and money on this place.

My window was broken during vacation in New Orleans, and Jazz Auto Glass was able to clean up the glass and replace the window within two and a half hours of my calling, getting me back on the road to get home in such a timely fashion. Everyone was kind and efficient, and I am SO appreciative that they went out of their way to make a stressful situation so much better!

On 4/2/2021 I received a quote of$ 263.00 for my vehicle via Phone from Jazzys...On 4/3/2020 I stop by Jazzys to get the window installed. A gentleman name Darryl assisted me and stated that I would need to come on Monday, ask for him due to the warehouse he needed to get the windshield from was closed... He ask what was quoted to me previously, I told him $263.00..He then ask did they ask you do you had an automatic sensor for rain I told him yes and explain the whole conversation... Darryl said I know the price is incorrect but we will do our best to come close enough to meet the price that was quoted... On 4/5/2021 I returned w/ my vehicle; a new quote of $360.00 which I agreed and paid w/my credit card; I was ask to return for my replacement on 4/6/2021 for 8a.m. because the volume was extremely high..As I am backing out to leave this business; I am stopped by an employee that stated they want to refund my money because the charge should have been $550.00, and this job was too tedious this is PER OWNER MR. LEONARD..Spoke w/ Mr. Leonard hes the person the that recalled the payment because he would not take less than $550.00 .. This very unprofessional and as a owner you lead by example.... What poor leadership you present!!!.Payment options are horrible !! Cash payment no fee but never have any change.. So your forced to use these other options.. Cash App fee$5.00.. Credit Card $10 and $ 15 fee..POOR SERVICE!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! NO STARS!!

It has to be illegal to charge a service charge on taxes. If you say theres a service charge for something price that 189 you cant raise the price of the service charge after you text the item and it cost 205 it says if the price is under $200 you pay one price it does not search its under 200 dollars so theyre illegally charging people on taxes

Everyone was friendly and they replaced my windshield. They are a bit sloppy though. They left urethane adhesive on the front of my car which is hard to get off. Before you leave this place make sure the body of your car is clean of adhesive.

I went to there to get my window repaired and tint put on. The owner told me he could replace my window but couldnt do the tint. So i went to a window service on lake forest. Who did both things and was 125 dollars cheaper than that shop.

Awful service. Was told to call about an hour before arriving so they could pull a new windshield for me. I did. Waited 2 and a half hours after I arrived but was told it would be any minute every 5 minutes or so. Windshield was improperly installed and makes a pop sound and shifts in place anytime I use wipers - most likely due to the sloppy application of glue. Tried to call about help fixing but no answer and no return calls. Going to dealership now...

I called Jazz Auto Glass when my original option was closed. Shorty, in the office was very nice and professional. We had a very nice talk while I waited on my chip to be repaired. The price was also much cheaper than the other places I called. Darrell was very nice as well. I will definitely be coming back if my window were to need it!

Don’t do it! I had them Re gule my windshield. The next day, it was a rainstorm and my car was flooded. I took it back there and they wouldn’t fix it. I took it to another company and they told me that whoever glued this window, did not use the primer needed to adhere Glass to metal. I did everything in my power to get them to refund my money with no luck.

Best prices in town, but wow do they need to hire more people or figure something out. Ive spent 9 hours there over 2 days. They cracked the first glass they put in, so I had to come back. They gave me a rock crack warranty to make up for it, but they cracked my plastic cover on my radio during the installation. It was already cracked so I dont really care, but thats something they gotta get better on.Next time Ill pay the extra 40 dollars for better customer service at another place

This place is great, but be aware of what kind of business you are going to. Prices are very reasonable and staff are knowledgeable. The waiting room is out of date and it took a little longer than I anticipated. But I saved hundreds of dollars. I can take an out--of-date waiting room to save a couple hundred bucks.

I called Jazz Auto Glass Shorty, in the office was very nice and professional. We had a very nice talk while I waited on my window repair. Their prices are also reasonable.

Staff was nice, but the job done led to more problems. Had to go back a couple times for them to fix a poor job done. The tape they used took a small patch of paint with it, which they denied responsibility for. The windshield was still misaligned and heavy windy rain led to leaking and soaking my headliner. The next time I got my windshield replaced (by a different company) I found out more about just how poor of a job they did. Some missing part to my vehicle that goes at the base of the windshield as well as polyurethane (which they used to try and make a seal after poor placement) completely gunking up where it should be placed. Polyurethane is not easy to remove. Because of the poor alignment, the leaking water begat rust and probably some more issues I have yet to find out about.

Very professional, affordable and fast service definitely recommend to a friend or family.

I will never go there again. I called on Thursday to get a quote on a driver door window and was given a reasonable price. When I got there I was told it would be a 2 hour wait for them to do the job. Cool. Well 2 hours later I was told that they got a windshield instead of a window. They would have to order it and it would be more and my car would be ready Saturday. Ok so why was the wrong part sent? We dont know. So I called Saturday morning and was told that the place they get items from is closed on weekends so the car wouldnt be ready until Monday morning at 9-930am. So at this point Im like yall are giving me the run-around. I need to be compensated for the time lost and different stories being told. So they dropped the price. I got there Monday to get the car and went to pay and they tried to charge me the 2nd price I was given. Aht aht....not me. So the lady at the desk took the payment and told me to go outside and tell them Im here for my car. The guy said ok but never moved to go get my keys. He finally got up to go get them and gave them to me. I asked him to go get the car out of the lot for me and he caught an attitude. When he brought me the car there was still glass on the floor and seat they didnt vaccum the car out properly and someone stole my pillow for my back out of my car.They are very unprofessional and dont take accountibility for anything they do or say. Everyone points the finger at someone else.If I could, Id give them no stars.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM!

The price is one of the lowest in the town - but poor management. Only one guy was doing five cars at the time and everyone was upset. I had called and they said if I made a deposit, they would give me a sure appointment. They told me to come at 3pm and still took them 5 hours to repair. The actual repair took only 30 minutes. When I called, they said they had the parts but they brought the parts to the shop after I had already waited for 2 hours.
