A couple broken windows left my house looking less than desirable until I called Standard Glass! They were able to schedule a service appointment and fixed my windows with 2 days of my initial phone call. Prices was reasonable and fair for the top notch level of service - these guys know what they’re doing and it shows in the quality of the work!Standard Glass is the type of business that reminds you why its important to do business locally. You support the people who come through for you when you’re in a jam. I’m not hoping for more broken glass, but if it happens, they’ll get my business again every single time!

Drove up at 11:29 AM, door was locked, person sitting at desk 10 from door, would not open door, just pointed to sign saying closed for lunch 11:30-12:30....took my business elsewhere...

The man who came to measure my door was professional and nice. Brian who installed my glass was fantastic and went over and beyond trying to help making sure I had everything I needed. I needed a small piece of glass, and was really surprised at the excellent level of service I received. A young woman (Cassidy?) helped me to find the right glass, had it special cut and fit while I waited. Super helpful, fast and affordable as well. This family run glass shop has the service and friendliness of the neighbor next door, but yet operates with extreme professionalism. I picked up a sheet of glass which was cut to the wrong dimensions. Cali and Zack made it right immediately. They came to my home cut the glass down to the right dimensions and there was no humph or uuuhhhh on their part for making it right.Thanks Standard glass!

Terrible customer service....numerous phone calls never returned. Either the person scheduling the calls did not leave my messages with the owners or the owners simply do not care about the customers. They quoted me a price for a simple installation that was more than twice the amount charged by another local company...All Pro Mirror. This was an insult especially since I had already used them previously.

Needed some glass shelving, doors and mirror for a bar. Awesome, professional service and a great price. I will be using them on my next project, shower doors!

This is my second time using this vendor this year; price & quality is great...BUT the customer service now is way down from in April.

Professional, knowledgeable, easy to deal with, fair pricing, went to site and responded with an estimate within hours of phone call. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the occasion arises.
