The Lady who helped me in the store was so great and helpful!! Though they mainly have S-L sizes, I was able to find 2 outfits XL and an unique saints jersey for game days in Dallas. I spent over $100 once I was done in the store; theres so much to choose from in clothes. Will return 💚💜💛Definitely an urban Lowkey gem

This place is very unorganized and I had to wait 20 minutes just to get service from a disrespectful worker.

I’ll waste of absolute time don’t ever go there how do you have a Santa say if you close at nine you have on your website to close and now you have on Facebook you close at nine it is 8:09 and you’re sitting in a chair at the door telling people we close and putting up a X don’t do it and I knew better and still try to make it work never again

They lie and steal your money then refuse to give you back your money or just give you product for your money. i will never support this business and im going back today for my money and i will have the police with me.

Ive tried this give this place a second chance but the service is just horrible . I went in to buy a wig around 11 something but he told me I gotta wait until 1:00 until the lady show up to work and Ive never known a beauty store that you have to wait to a certain time to buy something. Thats ridiculous. Dont waste your time or spend your money here

I’ve been here waiting for them to open all day (Wednesday since 9am) and not once did they answer a call or open the store. Clearly they don’t care about business. There sign says open 7 days a week, yeah right.

The people @ this store are truly rude & the fact that their selling expired/bad products only makes it worse! I purchased a brown hair rinse & when I attempted to apply it it was water with color (I cant make this up). The cashier (black guy) was rude, & very disrespectful. I will never do business with this company again! They sold me bad hair before & now this. I will not be burned buy them a 3rd time! They actually picked the right customer to disrespect!

THIS STORE IS FULL OF OLD PRODUCTS. THE OWNER SOLD ME A DEFECTED PRODUCT AND DID NOTHING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE BUT HE DEFINITELY KEEP MY $30. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

Horrible place of business do not buy from this place! I was sold bad hair which had my had head and skin itching, burning, and breaking out with rashes and it also had my hair falling out the trauma was so bad that i had to seek medical attention. After this ordeal i confronted the manager of the store about the matter and he got irrate and started to use vulgar language and then he kicked me out of the store after i asked him to speak with the owner Jay. This is a warning that toxic and tainted hair is still in the store so please do not buy from these people.

I don’t know why this store is still open. Whenever you call they never answer. When you go in there it’s always one person working and if you need a wig you’ll have to wait a couple of hours until the worker for the wigs show up. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
