Cool place. A tad pricey. But expected. My daughter was thrilled and bought. I just wandered around.

Great helpful staff. Super friendly when I needed help finding a backpack in a hurry. I wasnt too keen on carrying a purse the whole time around downtown. Backpacks are so much more convenient

Horrible customer service. I came here with my friends and not only were we not greeted but the employees were glaring at us the entire time we were here. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I had heard about Urban Outfitters in the news before and was happy to check it out. They have some unique items but the staff just walked right past us multiple times and didnt even look up or ask if we needed help.

The store is quite nice. They have all kinds of cool gadgets and clothing. It is a bit pricey but is worth to stop by and check it out.

Very clean and nicely organized store. (I had no real reason for being there. Just following the missus.) Definitely urban style clothing with a urban style pricing.... some things were overly priced for what I know i can get the clothes for in a department store.

Had to wait a while when the store wasn’t busy to even find someone to ask about a pair of shoes. They looked inconvenienced said they didn’t have it and walked away. Didn’t even ask if I was interested in another style. Just rude. Would never go back.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My daughter and I were here today. Stopped on the front centre table where there were 7 or 8 rompers stacked by size. We were searching for a size when this incredibly rude salesperson came along and started sighing loudly and muttering under her breath. After she did that twice, I said do you not want us to shop here? To which she replied, youre making a mess. Even if we had gone through the entire pile of 8 garments, it would have literally taken under 30 seconds to fix the pile, I was very careful anyway. She continued to argue with me about how she had to clean up now. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Not ever shopping here again

I’ve always loved the selection of clothing at UO. A recent visit to the New Orleans store left me wondering if I would return. The staff and customer service was horrible. The staff seemed to be in pain at work. They definitely need a more energetic and upbeat staff to match the trendy selections.

Love this store - the home goods, fashion, and accessories! My favorite spot is the sale area on the 2nd floor (hidden in the back). You can spot celebs in this area...we saw Sam Smith casually walking by right outside the door of this store!

Very fashionable, a lot to choose from, had a lot of great things in the sale section.

Overall a very clean and organized urban outfitters. Removing one star because when we visited in November the speaker in the clearance section was broken and it would sporadically start blasting extremely loud rock music. It was very obnoxious and it hurt my ears. Please fix the speaker if you havent already!

The store is really nice.. but they really dont have a good selection for women and all the times I have been in here, I have never once seen any employees on the floor to help you.. theres always one person behind the register and thats it.. so if I cant find what I want on my own I just go online or shop somewhere else.. I cant stand stores that dont acknowledge your presence.. why would I give my money to people who dont want it? Ya know?

Weve been here before & was completely amazing at the quality of the store. There were so many more choices at this location than the Birmingham, AL store. Definitely recommended!

Since they doubled the size of the store, the contents seem about half as interesting. Prices are pretty high and the taste level of most of the clothing is questionable. Staff are not the friendliest.

You pay for the atmosphere. All the brands are cheaper in their original stores, Amazon, and even WALMART. The sale section is upstairs in the back. No matter which store you go to, the “greeter” is a security guard which is ugly and unproductive.

Got 2 for 1 sunglasses, and love their selection.

Was really disturbed by the way staff acted at this UO. Not only was the staff not helpful (as in dont expect them to acknowledge you at all), they just huddled around talking bad about people. Very unprofessional staff here. I dont want to walk into a store and hear derogatory comments made about customers. I get this is Urban Outfitters, and caters to teenagers and college-aged kids, but this is New Orleans, where most of the visitors will be over 21. And as a 28 year old shop owner, artist, and former retail worker, it really bums me out to walk into a store and feel like Ive entered a high-school bathroom.

I always seem to love their clothes, but my wallet, not so much.

Came to purchase an item I had seen earlier in the week. Doors were locked at 6:48, and hours on door state 7:00.

All of my urbans were outfitted all day and the night. Thought the bread was a little stale though and the custodian looked like a duck.

Helpful staff were able to quickly point us to the umbrellas on a rainy day.
