If the store opens at 9 in the morning and no one can come in, AT&T should hire someone that can come in. I paid for parking so we could stop by AT&T for new phones but no One was there. I called and the rep for that store said the person wasn’t in. Thanks for always keeping me on my toes with your GREAT service.
They did not enforce city mask mandate. The staff member was superb and professional. But she was only one there. Said I would have to wait 1.5 hours. I ended up leaving. But the employee was great.
It took me a month to post this but I want To thank Natalie for all of her help. My phone was stolen and she helped me out so much. Above and beyond. I went to this store today to start the process of researching a new phone. When I walked in, the lady gave me a why are you here? look...upon interacting it didnt get any better. I am usually a calm and understanding customer...working in customer service myself......I lasted a minute in this store and decided to walk out....and then a mile down the road to the other St. Charles AT&T location....and all I can say is night and day!!! At the second location, I visited, there were many customers in line before me, so afterhaving experienced the rudeness here I paid extra attention to guest interactions....and they were wonderful with everyone....in fact...I didnt even disclose how I felt at this location and the lady helping me stated I wish every customer was like youI have purchased products at this location before.... having moved in apartments next door 5 years ago, but I say...take the extra time to go down the road! That store is a much better experience. I feel this store is for drunk tourist who have gotten their phone lost/stolen and need a quick fix. Upon reading other re items perhaps I didnt get Bethany or Natalie.....but at the other location I did get Diana and she was patient and didnt try to sell me on a product I didnt need!

Worst service imaginable. The store clerk, Natalie, locked the front door at 2PM and went into the back of the store with a man in street clothes. Eventually, a number of customers began to gather outside the front of the locked store, she came and opened the door and got into an argument with the other customers. She then verbally assaulted my wife. I considered calling the cops. Management needs to be fired here. Ive never encountered an experience quite like this. We maintained a calm demeanor and eventually left the store, so as not to escalate the situation. Awful experience. Writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau.

After a very active night on the town, my phone was destroyed after being rolled over several times by a car. Super embarrassed to approach the store and admit to my mishap the store manager was very kind. She walked me through my options, and potential upgrades. Overall, the store looks run down and mediocre with little stock. There was only one employee working and she mentioned that she was the only employee at that location during that time. It took a little under two hours to get a new phone. The employee had to juggle between customers because the store was severely understaffed. The employee didnt ask me about my budget and put me on one of the most expensive plans, a business plan that I cant afford right now that gives less mobile data than a plan thats half its price. I was just billed such an extreme amount for a BILL I DIDNT EVEN AGREE TO! This is the most mediocre service Ive ever gotten. Dont shop here.

Incredibly rude staff on Friday, 2/21. Not helpful to our stolen phone situation. Short and rude woman asked us to pay a business account, that we weren’t responsible for, for 8k employees before she would sell us a phone. The lack of empathy, customer service, ability to listen to us. So we went to Best Buy to buy a phone and to another att ((Claiborne) store where we spent $1200 in products and they had ZERO problem helping us. Find another store before you go here.

Come to find out I was eligible to receive a discount thru my employer and submitted all the documents needed for me. I was visiting New Orleans and unfortunately my cell phone was stolen from my purse. I found that there was an AT&T store a few blocks from my hotel so I went there the next day. Your employee Natalie was so sympathetic and helpful that before I knew it I was set up with a new phone and my contacts had been retrieved. I just finished my 2 year contract with At&t. I bought 2 iphones the 8+ at costco. I never missed a payment or paid late. The bill was over $200 a month for the service because I had another phone on it. Now it is time to leave and they wont unlock one of the iphones they have to Open a Case to get it unlocked which will be 2 days from this review. So my wife will be without a phone for 2 days unless I get her another one. Noone will have her phone number and the kids wont be able to call for an emergency without us buying another phone, getting new number until we get the At&T case figured out. #iphone hostage. By the way they always capped the speed to 3MPBs now I am on MINT MOBILE saving a ton. Cant wait to get the last iphone unlocked 2 days from now. Petty At&T. Sounds like a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
My husband and I are visiting from Australia and needed a SIM-only plan with a US phone number. Brittany at AT&T on St Charles Avenue looked after us really well. She clearly explained our options and got us up and running in no time - and she is such a friendly person too. I can highly recommend this shop for its great service. AT&T also has excellent phone reception in the French Quarter.
Justin, the manager at the location is the most amazing leader with marvelous interpersonal skills. I broke my foot so did everything by phone with this location. They were wonderful and I recommend Justin, the location and the service. He has been the manager for the past 4 months and I followed him from his old location in another part of NO. You will not be disappointed.

Services was aweful... I was greeted by someone when I walk in the door...I ask for a moment...the person never return to give me any attention...on to of that 4 employees were sitting around at a table..I look at all 4 employees while they were n their deep personal conversations...no one would acknowledge me..for approx 7min
Today, I went in to pay my bill. The employee helping me was a trainee, and the employee training him didnt help him to accurately receive my payment. I kindly asked him to correct his mistake, and he said he would, but refused to give me an accurate receipt. I casually asked about the cameras when the woman managing this store got upset and said, I dont have to answer that. I said that wasnt very polite, and she began raising her tone at me like I was her child or boyfriend. When I told her not to raise her tone of voice at me, the other employees just sat there watching and did nothing. Then she threw me out so I said a few bad words in anger and left. This was so unprofessional. She acted like she was on drugs. If you have to go to an ATT location, avoid this one. Theyre absolutely unreasonable and dont tolerate friendy questions. After finding out that they took my extra couple dollars without applying it to my bill, and after speaking with the local district manager as well as the AT&T office of the president, my bill was corrected. I was told the manager was spoken to and it wouldnt happen again. She apparently imagined I was casing the joint like I was a criminal. Even though they had my ID. I will never go back there again. Would you want to go to a store run by a manager who acts like a crackhead? Whatever happened to customer service? Im still baffled by this insanity. Im a college educated, handicapped person of mostly Jewish descent. How many people who look like me are buying guns and robbing cell phone stores? Ive never heard of it.
I was visiting New Orleans when my phone stopped turning on. I was able to buy a new phone and the sales associate figured out it was my charging port that stopped working. So grateful for the help.

Ive been a verizon user since Ive owned a cellphone in like 8th grade. We came into this store after my friends phone got stolen and I can safely say Ive never had a more enjoyable experience in cell phone store. Im not changing my plan or service but I appreciate the morning entertainment.
I am giving this store a one-star review because I cannot give it no stars. I went in to change my plan, which was recommended to me by online support staff in order to keep my phone number. I stood in the store for 5 minutes without being greeted by anyone, except for another customer who was flirting with the only representative I saw at that time.Another representative came out, and the two proceeded to talk about other customers loudly while three customers were still in the store. Finally, when I was helped I wasnt actually helped at all because the gentleman had no idea how to change a plan. Apparently no supervisor in the store. Because of this experience on top of AT&T highest prices in comparison to other carriers I will be leaving att after 15 long gruesome years of forking over way too much money. Good riddance.
I wanted to apply a credit to the account. So the cashier asked for my phone number which he will know what my plan is. The gentlemen had no knowledge and asked if I had a prepaid plan which I do not. He then went on and charged and applied on a prepaid plan because he didn’t know what he was doing. After speaking with ATT on the phone, they informed me that this store has had problems and should know what my account is by looking up the phone number.I would avoid this store completely to avoid any errors or changes they might do to your account.

I have been a faithful att costumer for 15 yearsI was there to n New Orleans on April 1-5I dropped my phone and busted it pretty goodThis place was good n walking distance from hotel so I visited the store. The managerFirst thing I told the representative is that I didn’t want to add a line. And I’m looking for a cheap iPhone. (I’m still paying for a 7 plus that was stolen from my vehicle)Well the manager assured me that this new iPhone 6 was on sale for &5 a month for 30Months.I declined insurance as well.I just happened to check my bill and noticed that an extra line had been addedAn extra $20 a month.Insurance was added to my bill. 6 bucks a month.And the 5 bucks a month for the phone is actually 25 bucks a month.So I have incurred charges of the new line 20The extra 15 att said they’ll pay for the promotionAnd the insurance.Now att as a whole is telling me to return the phone, there me nothing they can do about it because they can’t prove the location was frivolous in their charging me.I live in Florida and I have told them that.Bottom line is.I will pay this bill and they will loose a 15 year old customer.And point blank I don’t really think they give a f%{>|%k
If you want good service find MARK HOKKAKEN. I ordered some of AT&Ts products yesterday and thought that he knocked it out of the park when it came to sales and customer service. His computer was acting up throughout our phone call, of which the last thing I want to do on the planet is spend extra time on the phone with anyone at AT&T, yet he kept me interested in the services I was looking for and advised me on the best way to combine my account to save money on a month-to-month basis. Good job, hes got my business.
Went in to simply pay a bill, since there was an issue with ATT online payment system. Unlike most ATT stores, there was no payment kiosk, so I spoke to employee who said system was slow and it could take 10-15 minutes to pay a bill, maybe longer. Another customer behind me had been waiting over an hour and we were the only customers in the store.Beautiful day in New Orleans, so took the option of enjoying the French Quarter rather than standing in an ATT store for an extended time, attempting to give them money. 🤔
Was lied to about the insurance procedure, on my phone, in order to get me to buy a new one. I only say that because the nice folks at the Clearview location were honest about the procedure .

One if the worst Att stores I have ever been too. They discourage buying with their awful store policies. They have no customer focus and cant believe that att allows such store policies and even vustoners for more than 10 yrs have to go through the pain. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
Just thought I should put this out there, since there are currently only three negative reviews and that almost made me not come to the store. I got great service from the guy who helped me, immediately when I walked in, and it was only to help me with a broken phone, not anything he would earn any commission on. So, its possible to get a great experience here.
Unbelievable slow and unapologetic staff. Sat for 20 minutes before being acknowledged and then waited almost an hour for very mediocre service.
