Made my way in because my very old Iphone was having trouble charging. Turned out to have a pretty dirty lightning connector. They cleaned it within minutes, and its now charging better than it has in months, if not years. I am so relieved and happy not to have to shell out a ton of cash on a new phone, at least not in the near future.

This is a swift and efficient operation. The young people are courteous, very helpful, and patient.

The front of desk kindly walked back the iPad and in 5-10 minutes, the tech walked out front with iPad in hand plugged in the iPad and low and behold it not only began to charge again, the iPad was not damaged in any way during that short moment.Thank you

I dropped my galaxy note 10 off for a battery change at 11:00AM. I was told it would take 3 hours to complete. I then called back at 1:30pm to check on the status, I was then told that my phone would not be ready until 5:00pm. I arrived at the store at 5:45p.m. and was then told it would be an additional 45 minutes until my phone would be ready. I finally was able to leave the store at 6:45 with my phone. Almost 8 hours for a battery change is one thing but at least give out accurate ETAs especially if you give out more than one. Totally unacceptable.

Painless experience. The repair did take longer than originally quoted but it came back like new.

My iPhone 6 Plus was taking blurry pictures, so I dropped it off at the Magazine Street location before shopping and having lunch. I’ve used the Trussville Alabama location a couple of times for battery replacement and water damage issues and have been quite happy with the results. I was equally as happy with the service from the Magazine Street location of uBreakiFix. They replaced the camera and my phone is now taking nice clear photos.

I had a problem with my galaxy s20, something that another place later fixed for $30. The guy on the phone needed to order a part which takes 3-5 business days and charge 99 plus tax. Without looking at the phone! Its probably better experience if you have an iPhone but otherwise dont waste time and money on themFixing problems dont work well with chains. Expensive prices and weird regulations makes it just not worth it. I like the small Mr Robot shops.

Terrible customer service experience. On Sunday night I made an appointment through the company website to have my battery replaced on Monday at 6 p.m. I called Monday morning to verify that they had the part in stock and they did. Great!I showed up at the store at 5:40 for my 6:00 appointment and the person at the desk asks, “Did you want this fixed tonight?” I was a bit stunned, and said “Yes. That’s why I made the appointment.” The employee then informed me, “Well, it’s just that we close in an hour and we have a few phones ahead of you so it probably won’t be done till tomorrow. And you don’t need an appointment, you can just walk in.”Nope. I won’t be walking in because I won’t be going back. So frustrated.

They were great. Gave me an estimate on the time it would take to fix my phone and it was ready. They sent an email to confirm.

I took my phone to AT&T as it is still insured but the tech there said he could not fix it. He hinted that maybe UbreakIfix could do it so I went there. The two employees at the shop were very courteous and fixed my phone in exactly the time they said they could get it done. Great service I would recommend.

Highly recommend. I shattered the glass covering the 4 camera lenses of my brand new galaxy s20 ultra. My insurance wouldnt cover any damage to the back of the phone, so I was looking at having to pay the $275 deductible to replace the whole phone. This location replaced it for $99 and it was done in literally 45 minutes. They are also a certified Samsung repair center so the phone retains its waterproof abilities. A+++

Staff was clearly knowledgeable and though busy gave an accurate estimate on wait time and my repair was completed on time. Highly recommend!

Twice now Ive been a dumba** and dropped my phone, shattering the screen. On both occasions I was able to drop off the device and uBreakiFix was able to replace the screen the same day. All of the employees that I have interacted with have been pleasant and extremely efficient.

If you have a Galaxy Fold dont go here. Samsung support sent me to this location but didnt realize this place doesnt fix its foldable tect. Understandable bc of how young the tech is but still annoying. They can do better.

This phone repair store is really good in lots of way, to start off they give really clear information about your phone problem and go straight to the point, no side talks or anything. second they dont talk you into spending your money its more of like hey your phone needs this type of fix based on what i see, its like an they are letting you make the executive decision, if you want to fix your phone or not (again they dont talk you into spending your money), the prices are legit, they dont scam you out of your money for a simple repair like most other stores do, i went in there for a force update for my phone, they wouldnt even touch the money until i confirmed it was in working condition after I checked it my self which shows how much they care how about professionalism and getting the job done CORRECTLY, some down sides were that i wished someone had told me over the phone that i should have placed a appointment, because i ended up waiting up to 15-20 mins ish for them to get the software up and running, and another down side is location, great store but not an ideal place to put it when theirs little parking space and you have to pay to park there (im not from the city so I dont know how that all works) but not a big deal again it is a drop off and wait, but the pro side of this location is that you can drop off your phone and simply go across the street theirs food stores clothing stores, really good place to go occupy your self while you are waiting for your phone to get fixed.In conclusion this is one of the best cellphone repair shops ive seen so far, great employees, best time management, the professionalism is there once you start to talk to them and they explain the procedure and tell you whats going to be done on your phone. I would recommend some people to come here and get there phone fix (come early in the morning like be the first to be there to get your phone done a bit faster tho).

I went to this location on Magazine and waited for about half an hour while they checked for parts. I was informed that they did not have the glue needed and would not have it until April. When I asked if one of the other locations had the materials needed, they said I could call but would need to initiate a new claim and did not offer to call or assist with that process.

This place is incredible came in with my phone it would not charge or connect to my auxiliary for anything and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes. They did great by me with this and didn’t even charge me great service and great by me every time I come in to fix my phone if you need tech repair this is definitely the place to go int the inner city!

Went here because it was covered by my insurance the price was reasonable and the staff was nice but that doesn’t neglect the fact that they must not really know what they are doing first issue with my screen repair was if u looked at it it didn’t properly fit the screen and looked cracked or not cut properly on the edge also later that night once I got my phone back I noticed the ear piece also didn’t work anymore ... I never had a problem with my iPhone till I let these ppl take care of it. That won’t ever happen again I would rather risk the chance and pay for a professional service that’s not gonna break my device once I get it back.

Fixed my cracked screen though AT&T insurance, fixed it quickly, said “we guarantee the screen as long as it’s not broke.” Go back 5 days later and tell them it’s not working correctly, and they tell me “you have to go back through AT&T”, so basically they aren’t responsible for their own work. Feels like a scam, definitely horrible customer service.

UBreakIFix on Magazine Street is awesome. Very quick service. I went twice for screen repair and then ear piece repair for my iPhone 8plus. The pricing is very upfront with no surprise costs. They are very knowledgeable and courteous and communicate everything. The two times I have dropped my phone off it didnt take more than two hours to be fixed (screen 2 hours, earpiece 30 min!). The pricing is a tad bit high but it definitely beats Apple Store costs and wait times for sure.

Fast effective service. Only reason I am not rating as 5 stars is that they have a location that is much closer to me but for some reason the screen repair had to go to this location. I dont know if it was decided by insurance, phone company, or the facility but any way you look at it it was an inconvenience to pass up one shop to get to this one.

This place is a life saver. The staff and manager have top notch customer service. They really invest time to get your device back to working condition and provide great quality work. Everything I got fixed worked great, but if there was an issue, they give you a 90 day warranty to bring it back to be fixed no problem. These folks are AWESOME! Wifes ipad would only charge on one charger and others wouldnt even connect. They found in the free diagnosis that the end of that particular charger was stuck in the port. They removed it and tried to not charge me ANYTHING. I was so happy I bought a new otterbox and tipped em extra $$ for post work beers!!
