Love this place! Prices are cheap. The coffee is delicious! The big biscuit with hot sausage is amazing! Very nice staff and everyone is friendly here.
This was the most impressive part of my trip to the Gulf Coast. No joke. I walked in expecting coffee and a treat and ended up feeling like I had gone to church and smiling on my way out. The wonderful gospel music playing, everyone saying HELLO/WELCOME when you walk in, and the people were so uplifting the rest of my day was riding on a cloud. Thank you for your amazing service and love that you spread to each and every person that comes into your establishment. I could not have asked for better coffee or the wonderful apple pie/fritter thing, I have no idea what it was called but get it! The pocket pastries were savory and excellent. Ask for them to be cooked longer if you want it real hot! GO GO GO and be ready to go to church! Thanks for the spiritual awakening and hear lifting part of my day!
Only in NOLA for 3 days, but we came here 2 mornings in a row. Food, coffee, everything is amazing, people are welcoming, super clean and spacious environment, never a long wait. It doesnt get much better than this.
Best coffee shop in New Orleans. Wonderful customer service and you receive your orders efficiently even when crowded. Additionally, staff are involved with the Baptist Seminary rehabilitation program across the street so your money is going to help people trying to better their situation. Get a cafe au lait and a cherry hand pie.
Great breakfast and a short walk from the Providence Guest House where were were staying. Indoor or outdoor seating. Masks and vax or PCR test required if dining indoors. We also wore masks inside when ordering.I had the big biscuit. It lived up to its name! Everyone in our group really enjoyed their food. Will definitely return in the future!
Love this Cafe! Its a whole vibe, my only thing is yall play the music TOO LOUD. Because of that it doesnt make a good place to study but its definitely a good place to hang out.
I love this place! This was the best unintended find. Cinnamon roll was significantly good, crawfish Nola’che was so good I wish I bought more. No doubt I’ll be back when I’m back in town. And love what I hear about what they are doing for the community.
Awesome establishment and the positive energy from everyone was AMAZING!!! I had a situation where they did not accept larger bills and I only had $8.00 in ones. My order was $8.80 and instead of turning me away, they helped me out. Definitely made my morning! The coffee and breakfast option are delicious 👌 I will be back!

Let me tell you, this place is awesome. Those buns.... we had the southwest, sausage and egg and ham and cheese. All of them were to die for. If I lived in New Orleans, this would definitely be my go to spot.

I love this place. Its cute, has a great well-priced menu, and the staff is super friendly. I normally take my orders to go and service is fast and efficient. Im only giving four stars because I sat in for the first time to study and it was very distracting; the music is so loud with retail store vibes. I would suggest turning down the jams and maybe switching the genre so it feels more relaxing.

Best thing here is everything!! Try it all! Were from Tampa and their nola-ches! Are something Ive never had but I wish we had them here. We had the oysters dressing and the crawfish, oh my! Is all I can say!! Also their coffee is the best in new orleans if you dont believe me try it for yourself.

Got the New Orleans coffee and it was the best coffee I have had in my 43 years of life. Also the crawfish nolaches will put you on another world totally stop by if you are in the area.

I needed my coffee fix while visiting from up north. I often frequent the corporate chains but when traveling I try to buy from the locals. This is a quaint, local shop that offers baked goods and great coffee and staff. When i return itll be my go to coffee spot.
This coffee shop was easy to get to, and it has a fantastic atmosphere with colorful art, fun signage, and great music; all in all perfect place for conversations and study time!
Always great service but today I tried some food. I had an almond croissant the other day, which is dessert-ish. Today I tried the spinach feta one. Delicious! The salads looked great too, which will be my next pick. This is fast becoming my favorite coffee shop.

My baby girl loves the Mardi Gras Frappe! Tastes just like king cake. The nolaches are a favorite and the new pecan pie is delish!

Generally speaking, youll get very good coffee here and not the water down version of Starbucks coffee. The staff excels in customer service.
A good Gentile place..the music is a little too loud sometimes. And I had an issue with one of the baristas..(its complicated)
The Pontilly Mocha and Pontilly Latte were on point! I also enjoyed the scrumptious blueberry pie and chocolate chunk cookie. I highly recommend Pontilly Coffee, you won’t regret it!

Standard coffee fair. No other coffeeshop in the area. I didnt get a chance to try any other offerings than an Americano.I will change this rating as I come by more often.

Staff is always friendly. I go here not just because it’s the closest coffee shop to my house, but the drinks and food are always served quickly and with a smile. They make great cappuccinos too and I am pretty picky about those.

Cozy place to enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea at a very reasonable price. Genuine greeting upon entry. Service was prompt and friendly. Seating area was clean and spacious. Decor was unpretentious yet wall space was cluttered. Excellent place to study, commune with friends or conduct business. Easy access with adequate parking. Although I did not eat breakfast the selection looked inviting. Music was pretty good yet loud. Im sure if I had asked them to reduce the volume they would have complied. This was my first long-overdue visit and will certainly support this local community treasure.
I just made my first visit to the Pontilly Coffee house and it definitely will not be my last. all the pastries, etc. look delicious. I had the cinnamon, apple, caramel bread pudding with a Ginger, peach, honey iced tea. both were really delicious. this is a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. the coffee house is nice and the staff very friendly and pleasant. give them a try. I know you will return often. I will. :-)

Unique atmosphere. Quiet and peaceful. Laid back. Perfect location for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea and reading or studying. Coffees good. I like the New Orleans fog. Its Earl Gray tea and cream and vanilla. Tasty.
LOVE pontilly. Best coffee and prices. Food is always fresh. Clean facility with plenty of seating. Only downside is parking around the building. Definitely need more locations around the city.
Pontilly is one of those places that feels like a home away from home. The service is impeccable, the food and drinks are superb, and the atmosphere is second to none. I LOVE this place and will continue to bring my business meetings there.

This is a great place for coffee that is not at Starbucks prices. I love Starbucks but this place makes everything they do and more without their markup. The food is great too. My favorite is the cheese burger pockets and breakfast combinations. Best of all this is all benefits a program that helps people through the church. I found the staff very friendly and I love the food. I cant recommend this place enough.
They made a mistake, but fixed it promptly. It was a bit of a wait but well worth it. The iced drinks are great.
I love this place. Their coffee is great and the Nolaches are well made. If you get them warmed inside, you wont be disappointed. Ive tried almost all of their foods and havent been displeased once. Id recommend it to whoever I could. Its the perfect place to just work in a quiet surrounding or set up a meeting for business.

It was a really nice atmosphere f9r meetings or friendly gathering. The food was great and the employees were very nice. The service overall was excellent and very time efficient.
