Great place with friendly faces to buy video games and video game consoles. Very knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff. Never had one bad experience here. Very clean and store. I do recommend this place.

Amazing service and merchandise. Always has most of the merchandise in stock. Workers are always polite and more than happy to help with any question or concern.

Had an issue with my switch lite and came in to give to see my options. A team member took their time to make sure my game was backed up and helped me replace the device. Staff even helping me out by giving me the help number for Nintendo so I can contact them to get my animal crossing island from the cloud. They were so very nice and helpful, especially when I was stressing out about everything not working properly.

Prices are higher than most of their competition, but they do their best to make up for it with their lackluster service. I made the mistake of doing an in-store pre-order for a collectible. Theres no way to track your pre-order online and apparently they dont notify you via e-mail, call, text, or even smoke signal when the item comes in. Apparently, by giving them your money well in advance, you earn the privilege of calling the store on a weekly basis to see if the item ever arrives. Would be 1 star, but at least the employees are occasionally friendly.

This is a great store with everything from video games to collectibles. What I always appreciate about GameStop is how helpful the employees are. Not only do they know lots about the products on their shelves but they also know what is coming and can recommend great options for you. I have been to many gamestops and this is just far my favorite and worth the drive out to Jefferson.

They have cases on the shelves that they dont have the games for. The guy who was working Sunday was extremely rude to my 8 year-old. With customer service like his, its no wonder theyre going bankrupt

I know GameStop as corporation dont have the reputation but I can stand by the service in this store. Im always greeted with a smile and treated with respect. Everyone is great conversationalist and easy to talk to. My go to spot.

I honestly don’t know why people hate GameStop so much. As i’m not an online person I still go to physical retail locations to get my Xbox games. Great Service at this GameStop, very well arranged store, very friendly customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. 5/5 Stars

The staff there were soooo helpful, and we went in at 8:50 thinking they close for 10, and even though they close at 9, the staff didnt kick us out.Most places close to early or are not helpful. And they were the opposite of both.

Game stop is the best place to get great games for a cheap price and sprayground backpacks are usually $270 but at game stop its like $60.I highly recommend going to game stop.

This location is one of the few Ive been to that has all of its stuff together. Knowledgeable employees who help you out without being extremely pushy unlike some of the other ones. All around solid experience at this location.

Josh was very helpful in asking if we needed anything and answering any questions we had. He was very patient with my 3yr old and helped him understand the different game levels and what levels he could play.

I ordered a game that was used and it was so scratched up it did not work. I know that buying used is a risk online but a store is supposed to make sure the game works. My son was very disappointed Christmas day.

I really like this store, Idk if the customer service is as good at all of them, but the one on Jefferson Hwy. @ Elmwood is great..I purchased a PS4, a headset and a couple of games. Well after about 6 months I had a problem with the PS4 CONSOLE..It literally would not turn on or anything, so I called the store. The sales associate asked me to bring it into the store, so they could evaluate the issue, so I did. After a few minutes of testing with whatever software they use he said, would it be OK if I just give you a BRAND NEW ONE..I said that would be GREAT..Think about it..The PS4 was now out of warranty and even though I didnt purchase an extended warranty, they still gave me a NEW PS4 CONSOLE...THATS WHAT I CALL EARNING CUSTOMER BUSINESS..I will always buy my gaming equipment from them..No online shopping for me from anywhere other than GAMESTOP..!!!

This is my go to GameStop for when I want to buy physical media the only drawback is the location of this GameStop you have to do with you turn into a very small tight parking lot with limited parking the prices of basic so no complaints there the employees are as helpful as they can be but it seems as though they lack the knowledge that a lot of the older employees used to have back in the nineties but they help you out the best they can
