A huge collection of back issues and current issues. Trades, toys, books, shirts, and all kinds of collectibles!! Friendly and would definitely come back each time I visit New Orleans. The way a comic shop should be, full of comics!

In the time I’ve lived in New Orleans, this has been my go-to place for comics. Such a great atmosphere and the owner always being a delight. Highly recommend to anyone in NOLA who wants to get their hands on some nerdy essentials!

Found some rare hard to find treasures at this store. Fun for anyone with a love for comics and old toys.

I love visiting local comic/collectable stores whenever I travel, and this place is easily the best in the New Orleans area. Such a cool store with so much to see! Also, got some great food recommendations as well, so it was all win! Hope to visit on my next trip!!

Stopped by out of curiosity when I was visiting new orleans. The man running the front desk was a bit strange - his back faces the door and he was on his computer when we entered. No eye contact and no greeting at all when we entered. Bizarre.Take a look at how he responds to other google reviews, it seems like people skills dont come easy to him....which I guess is why he works at a comic book shop.

I could have spent all day in here. Tons of comics and great selection of vintage toys. They have stuff in boxes in the back so dont be afraid to ask.

Great back issue bins. It really has that classic charmingly dingy comic shop feel with clerks that are obsessed with culture and can point you in the right direction if youre feeling adventurous on a blind buy for something new.

Still requires mask for entry regardless if youre no longer required to wear one or not. His store...his policy, I get that. I dont carry masks because Im no longer required to wear one....but had they carried some of the cheapie masks I would have put one on to appease the policy and most likely would have dropped cash at your place instead of dropping the extra cash at your competitor who did not have your policy.

I have gone to thos comic book store for years. Around if not almost 30 years. This is my #1 favorite comicbook store of all time.

They helped me find a gift super fast my go to place from now on for gifts and I may be back for the banner

One, if not the, best comic shops in New Orleans. The shop owner is cool, down to earth and super laid back. At least I think he is the owner, if not the kind curly haired guy behind the counter 😂. There is a comic for almost any interest and the prices are fair. I highly recommend a stop by if in the area, if only to check out his wears.

Super knowledgeable and friendly dude greeted us upon arrival. The selection here is insane! We picked up some cool Heavy Metal magazines and enjoyed hearing about the cool snake that lives there. Dont worry! Hes in a cage.

The only store I will every buy comics at! The gentleman that is always there is so helpful, patient and friendly....I go there every year to get Christmas gifts for my husband and this place never disappoints..... Thank you for showing everyone how a business is supposed to run...

This is the best comics book store I have ever been! They have a very large selection of old and new comics as well as other collectibles. The shop owner is extremely knowledgeable, personable and more than happy to help me find what Im looking for or even help me find what I didnt know I was looking for.

The prices are over inflated, the toys on the wall are yellowish from being sun-bleached.I asked if they would haggle over the price of a comic, he said hed just priced those, and the price was set in stone. The price sticker was so old it was flaking off!They do have a decent selection though, if you can afford it. Crescent City Comics is more affordable, and just a few miles away.

Had a lot of fun exploring different genras here.

Don’t waste your time. Place is a dump, not a lot to choose in comics, what they have is over priced. When I was there the guy was more worried about mandalorian than he was waiting on me

The staff are super helpful and friendly to me and my family. They answer all my questions no matter how inane. My kid looks forward to going there for issue releases.

This shop is my kind of quirky and cool. The owner is always super helpful, and hes a nice dude. I highly recommend this shop for toy and comic lovers!

Despite not being acknowledged at all upon entering the shop everything is advertised at about them, namely the huge selection of comics they offer new and old. In light of that, I was able to find new releases that were sold out in other locations Ive visited. Also, they have a pretty extensive collection of back issues of books I usually only can find online, though some of the prices dont reflect the current market value for books past their heyday. Its worth checking out at least once while youre in town.

I spent an hour of a first date walking around here and had such a great time. They have all my old favorites and a great newer selection. The old toys still in their original packaging were fun to look at. Spaceballs was playing on the tv and the owner is so knowledgeable.

Great little comic shop with a very friendly and helpful owner. Come check him out.

I wish I lived in New Orleans for many reasons, but this place is my newest reason. Many, many boxes to dig through, treasures to be found, and fair prices. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Stopped in for my son on vacation. Was good. Some in approiate material is mixed in. So lost a star for that. Generally good.

Wow! Place really has changed since the days I work there for my dad back in 1993. What happened to the wall to wall Silver age and whats up with the back issues not being bagged and boarded back in my day everything was bagged and boarded. I know for a fact because I was the one that made all the bag and board setups and place the comics inside. I guess they dont make comic book employees like me anymore.

I dont think its possible to have any more fun with comics. This place has something for everybody and a is a fun spot to fall into a wormhole of comic art and illustration.

NOLA attitude for sure! Great independent store, great service. The owner was ranting about Dr Who and Superman the whole time I was there, which proved very entertaining. If youve ever seen Comic Book Men on AMC, its kind of like that.

Staff was very friendly and gave me some excellent recommendations. Ill definitely be coming here again.

The place got cool stuff but when i was in there with my friends the guy behind the counter dc was very rude he yield at my friend for asking for help to find a comic and i was gonna spend 1000$ in that place that day

Great selection, well organized store, but staff was lacking in enthusiasm and basic human interaction skills.

Merchant was very rude and if interested in customer service sadly will never shop a establishment again

I have not been there lately, but it was an awesome experience being there . They had boxes of comics stacked all around the store...a true treasure hunt for those comics that no one else has. I remember one day being there and finding a batch of used comics that I was looking for...awesome. The owners are just like AMCs the comicbook men....down to earth, but true fanboys. They will go out of their way to make a deal ..they are friendly and helpful always. I am going to make my back to them very soon...thats a part of my life I really cherish...comicbooks! And people who dig them.

Best comic shop in New Orleans.

Dirty, rude, overpriced. Went in the other day to pick up something and found out it was dreadfully overpriced while the owners dog was barking in my face the whole 3 minutes I was in there. Later that day my girlfriend went in to get a comic and she told me that the owner was apparently badmouthing me behind my back. In case youre reading this I found what I was looking for $30 cheaper than your price.
