I set up a rapid covid test appointment online, a day in advance, only to arrive, wait 30 minutes, and then be told that they don’t offer rapid tests at this location.They won’t let you reschedule in-person, you HAVE to do it online. Well I wish they had used their “online” capabilities to inform me that they don’t offer this type of test here! They don’t even put a sign up at their window saying they don’t offer rapid tests there. Why did the system let me book it if they don’t offer it?I even received a confirmation email *and* a reminder email from Walgreens. I give them all of my personal information and they can’t so much as send a text saying they don’t offer the rapid test there.It’s bad customer relations. I’m disappointed in not just this location, but Walgreens as a corporation for this behavior toward its paying customers.What better way to say “We don’t really need you”?I will be bringing my money and my insurance funding to CVS from now on.

I’ve been going to Walgreens for my prescriptions for 15 years at least and this one is one of the better ones. The pharmacy isnt that long of a wait and the staff are helpful. The pharmacist also answer the phone which was a problem at other Walgreens locations. The pharmacy staff are solid.

This is the worst wallgreens ever, the worker dont have little or no customer service they talk to you like you they are friends! I ask one worker where I can fine a items today and she shouted at me dont ask me dont ask me! Thats crazy!! And when ever you shop there thru online you cannot get all of what u place, I would never go back there nor recommend someone there.

On February 10th I made an appointment to get a COVID vaccine on March 7th. On March 5th I was told the appointment was cancelled. No reschedule offered, no apology.

Rude lady at the pharmacy drive through. No need to be mean. CVS one block away is much better.

This Walgreens is excellent! I have been a customer of Walgreens, and other similar stores, for over twenty years. Worst service on the planet. Deodorant is locked up. Pressed the button. Waited for over ten mins to get some deodorant. But they never came. So we managed to pull one out the side.

Ive been a customer here for over a year. My monthly prescription was dropped off in person today at noon. The initial receptionist and supervising pharmacist on duty assisted me. As usual, they called my doctors office and verified my prescription information. I was then instructed to return in three hours to pick up my prescription.When I returned, I was informed by a new receptionist that the prescription I dropped off couldnt be found. When it was finally located, I was told that they failed to scan it into their system for filling. I agreed to wait longer in order to have it filled.The new supervising pharmacist on duty then walked up, took the prescription and accused me of altering the information on it. I pointed out the notes written onto it by the initial receptionist and supervising pharmacist who called my doctors office three hours earlier to verify my prescriptions information. This new supervising pharmacist refused to accept the prescription and refused to call my doctor. The way in which this pharmacist spoke to me was aggressive and needless to say disrespectful.She left me with no choice but to spend money and time out of my work day in order to make it to my doctors office to have the prescription rewritten. The doctors office stayed open a half hour later to wait for me to arrive. My doctors nurse had to call this Walgreens pharmacy after I left in order to provide the pharmacy with immediate verification of the rewritten prescription (because their office would be closed by the time I would make it back).This pharmacy failed to inform me of a supposed problem with my prescription when I dropped it off at noon. This pharmacy lost my prescription and failed to scan it into their system. This pharmacy had me wait over three hours before informing me of all of these problems. This pharmacy then accused me of altering my prescription. This pharmacy cost me and my doctors office time and money.I am your longstanding customer. This is my health, my time and my money that I invest in your business. Shame on you.

Most helpful Walgreens pharmacy staff. I called other Walgreens who were out of stock of my prescription but none offered to find it for me elsewhere. The pharmacist at this location, Tan, working hard on a Sunday, offered to check other locations around New Orleans and found it for me. I couldnt be more grateful! Thank you!

Rude and extremely expensive.They should learn how to treat customers instead of being rude and sarcastic. Never again here in my life.

Stopped in to use the restroom and get a bottle of water. Restroom locked, I asked the associate what time it’s locked, just so I’ll know in the future. She replies by saying she ddnt know then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to ask the manager. I said sure. She pages the manager who called back, she explained my inquiry. The manager questioned if I was male or female and if I wanted to use the men’s restroom, I asked if it was clean and after a few secs of the associate going back and forth I said no worries I’ll do a review

Waited on hold for 7 minutes, got hung up on. Called immediately back took, forty minutes to get someone, and she put me on hold, then it hung up on me. Pharmacy staff has no clue what theyre doing, but read out computer feedback like robots even when it makes no sense and is easily solvable. So frustrating.

I don’t understand why these workers here are so rude. I never encountered people so mean at WALGREENS! Corporate needs to be involved in this hiring process because this was God awful.

My doc called in a prescription here and it took all day to fill it. nuts. This is the third time Ive had to wait hours and hours for an important prescription at this pharmacy and it is inexcusable. Always met with blank stares and rudeness. Never going back. I go to CVS and they are always fast.

Obnoxious slow staff, didnt want to do a makeup return cuz maybe i wore the makeup to a ball, which doesnt even make sense and Ive never been to a ball in my life. Rather go to the metairie Walgreens where the person there did the return, was nice to me and then told me about other makeup products and i ended up spending $100 .

The rudest service I have ever seen in a pharmacy. And not just once accidentally, every single time I go which is why even throguh convenient for us, we stoped going and I decided to leave a review.
