Poor customer service. bad attitudes. the women here clearly do not enjoy dealing with the public. parcels and post is a mile down magazine closer to whole foods. they will happily take your business.

I live out of state and have a PMB here-for years. Pack Rat shipping is so good to us and lets us know when we have mail, will forward it for us, and when we do come in they check our ID if we forget our key-this is awesome so no one else can just come in and get our mail! Thank you so much for having such awesome customer service (and such a cute store with cool stuff too)!

I dont know what it is but both times Ive been to Pack Rat at Magazine Street, the staff there have been super, duper kind and patient. Today, Celina helped me with printing shipping labels and getting two packages sent out - she was very sweet and helpful - I never felt rushed and I appreciated the help, especially as they seemed busy with the holidays. Ive been a client here for as long as weve been in NOLA. Marylou and Carol have watched our son grow up, our dogs die, and our prosperity fluctuate. I have not one complaint about their service and professionalism. They keep our mail safe in a broken world. At times, without their service, my life may have been much more difficult. I am grateful for all the staff and their genuine southern hospitality. Bonus, they have cool cards and metal signs. We love Pack Rat.

I love Pack Rat! We’ve rented a mailbox there for about a year. I’ve sent and received packages, made copies, and had documents notarized with them. I have always had good experiences. They’re fast, efficient, and friendly. The only downside may be that the mailbox isn’t accessible 24/7, but that’s a small price to pay to know that my mail is secure.

Since discovering this wonderful place, Ive never had to set foot in another post office (thankfully). One stop shopping for all my packaging needs, friendly and thorough service. Ive also used their notarial services which were fast and convenient. Pack Rat is a great asset to the neighborhood and beleaguered small business owners/shippers! Bonus points for being canine allies. Shop often and with confidence!

Absolutely great service!My parents were going on holiday to New Orleans and since were not from the US I took the opportunity to buy some things online and have a package delivered and picked up by them.The email correspondence was quick, very helpful and my parents both said they were very friendly in-store too.

This is a great company. The staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. Also, their system emails you a confirmation and tracking number so you dont have to keep up with your paper receipt.

If you are a Canadian needing passport photos in the state of Louisiana this is THE PLACE to go! Previously, I have had applications for renewal returned because of inadequate photos. It was costly, time consuming and cost me an awesome trip out of the country with my husband!! I had the photos done quickly and perfectly and then Fedex’d my application all in one place: Pack Rat Shipping on Magazine St! I have a renewed passport 2 weeks later!!! 5 stars

I walked in and recieved assistance in faxing my documents; I didnt mind waiting at all, for a few short minutes, while the newly hired person was being trained in person...which is in complete contrast to my experience at the National Multi-enterprise Corporate Outlet a few minutes earlier, where they had run out of fax cover pages, and after asking ONE of the THREE staff people, was told they could make some more for me (I could have also easily made one myself, if directed towards the proper resource). I waited an INCREDIBLY loooooooong time for ONE of the THREE staff persons to produce that document, and I suspect if I hadnt have walked out would still be waiting!

MarieLou and her team are great. I use them for all my notary, printing and shipping services. Last time I was in there 20 B&W copies cost me about 3 bucks, so I dont know what other reviewers are complaining about. I would much rather work with a local business than go to FedEx/Kinkos.

The staff is extremely helpful and nice. They have virtual mailboxes that notify you when yourmail arrives and even sends a picture of it along with details through the iPostal app.

Quoted my friend 70 dollars to pack a painting, after it was done they rang him up for 116. Felt like it was legit at first then got sketchier as time progressed

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! They do not advertise the prices they charge for printing and computer ahead of time. I printed 16 pieces of black and white paper and was charged $20. Completely over priced, that is robbery.

Passport photo quality was awful.

They wanted $23 to notarize one piece of paper.

Have been here 3 times now and can never get my package because of some stipulation. I would rather deal with post office employees than these people.
