Just moved to Nola. Went here on a recommendation to have a backpack for a toddler embroidered. The employees were nice and friendly; they took time to understand what I wanted exactly.The next day I returned to pick up my item and it was everything we discussed except in the right location. The owner, I presume, offered to redo it however to backpack was ruined. He never offered to pay for my item even though he accepted responsibility (the tape that marked the location I wanted was still intact).

I just moved to Nola not to long ago and was looking for an embroidery shop where I can get custom work done on a regular basis. I was told they can’t do embroidery for me because they don’t feel they can put out a quality of work up to my standards. What differs from my standards and their business standards. In my first trial run with them. They got my color blocking wrong. Then gave attitude when was asked could they fix it. Then the lettering placement was off when I got it back, and I showed them it they said “Yeah I see it” and tried to charge me again for something that could’ve been done correctly the first time if they had wanted to put out high quality work or paid attention to detail when taking order or executing the order. I’ve never been told this and have been working with local shops in a couple different cities. Just sad that A business would have such a low standard for their quality of work. I guess because they’re normally dealing with college kids who won’t say much and take anything

My very first time in the store since coming to New Orleans in 1985 and living uptown. It is definitely a Tulane University centered store but they do carry a majority if the Divine Nine paraphernalia. I will probably return because there were some items that caught my eye. I think some items might be a little to high in price compared to it being found online.

The company was quick to respond to all of my questions. They even got the shirts to me TWO WEEKS EARLY. I highly recommend Campus Connection for ALL of your custom T-Shirt orders!:)

I got caught in traffic coming to pick up the shirt I ordered so i called ahead of time and said that i was going to be 3 min late. The man i spoke to said if i was just picking up I would be ok and I could still get the shirt. I got there 2 minutes after closing and the lights are out and door is locked. I knocked and called again. Then i saw a girl ducking behind the counter hiding from me. Thats when i realized I clearly was not going to get my shirt even though we spoke about it on the phone. Now my little isnt going to have a shirt for reveal tomorrow morning. I am livid.The two stars are for the product and the prices.

Great prices on embroidery, screen printing, and vinyl pressing. They can make pretty much make anything custom.

If you are in a D9 organization your selections are slim, especially if you are in smaller orgs like Sgrho or Iota, they have the generic peri you can find on line by big boy gear and charge a good bit more for it. Good for quick gifts at the last minute.
