Our visit to Epic Journey was fantastic, Ms. Lottie was pleasant, informative, respectable and shes a Christan, you cant go wrong with a resume like that.She was so helpful and caring. I think she is truly concerned with satisfying the customer no matter what even if it means sending them to another establishment....priceless

I must say, I am greatly disappointed in Epic Journey. I brought 5 shirts in on Saturday February 29th. I told them I needed the shirts by Wednesday March 4TH. Not only havent I received my shirts yet(TODAY IS FRIDAY MARCH 6TH ), but I went to the store 5 times since Wednesday, and its never been open at either time.I even went today at noon, ( Remember its Friday and your store is closed at noon... on a Friday!!) Ive called about 20 times since Wednesday, and only get the voicemail. Nobody has contacted me or anything about my shirts. I even went so far as to DM on Instagram and Facebook and still havent received any information about my shirts. #NO STARS ( I only gave 1 star because I had to.) #ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE.

From day one I wanted t-shirts for my bridal party. Needless to say, I didnt have the time to have them done. We made it to New Orleans for my bachelorette weekend and I saw every other bride with a shirt. At that time I was determined to have our shirts made while in the NOLA. I went on Google to research the different t-shirts print shops. Most of them were closed on Saturdays or they could not assist us. I called Epic Journey & a young man answered, I told him my plight & he told us to come on in. I also wanted the shirts back the same day so that we could wear them our last night while in New Orleans. I purchased the t-shirts, we contacted Uber & the plan was in motion. I had the slightest idea on what to add to our t-shirts. So we googled bridal party t-shirts. We came aross the slogan Team Bride•we slay•New Orleans 2016. I wrote this on the sheet of paper. While we were on the city tour they sent me the rough draft to approve before they made the t-shirts. I was beyond impressed, they took the simple slogan and created it into something much more. We were highly impressed & wore our shirts with pride!! We love our shirts & Larrielle even delivered them to our hotel room. Thank you Epic Journey for creating my vision and helping it to come to pass. I wish you all many blessings & prosperity for your business!!! I would highly recommend this t-shirt shop!!!
