Excellent fabric shop with an incredibly unique selection. Store is piled high with all sorts of fun fabrics, buttons, ribbons, and just about anything else youre looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful; dont do alot of fabric shopping myself, cant comment on price.

Wonderful old school fabric store with loads of couture fabric, and dead stock buttons and trims from NYC. They know their inventory and were able to find just what I needed in just a few minutes 😍

I have been here in person, and ordered online. Amazing old fashioned, personal service. The owner helped me find the perfect fabric for a community project while I was visiting New Orleans last year. A subsequent online purchase was shipped the day after I made it. Quality of fabrics carried is exceptional.

I purchased different fabrics (remnants) of my granddaughter who has taken up sewing as a hobby for Christmas. She loved the different styles of fabrics that Id chosen for her so, I know that Ill be back for more.

I only had precious moments to spend at Promenade as I searched for a material to compliment an unusual silk colorway for a very special and unique project. I found all of the needed trims - ribbon and buttons in addition to a very vintage piece of silk to compliment. While I have great access where I live this shop was completely unique in that while you can find current trends you can also find much in the form of vintage especially trims and buttons. If I had never found Promenade - my garment would have lacked the special touches that only Promenade provided. The family that runs this business are absolutely wonderful - loved that they all worked together so wonderfully, cared not only about me but anyone who walked in. You and you alone were their sole focus until your needs were met. Great and wonderful shop - highly recommend. Love especially that it is on its third generation of ownership.

Needed to add a wrap for a formal gown for my sons wedding. They found a perfect match, when no other fabric store had anything close. Gorgeous fabrics, wonderful customer service.

Amazing store and incredibly helpful. They spent the time to find a ribbon to match a bridesmaids dress, which required searching through the entire store to finally find the perfect match. Cannot recommend enough.

This store is family run and they graciously wait on you. They carry Superior Quality unique and fabulous fabrics, hard to find unusual materials, buttons, vintage ribbons, trims and appliques. They always have new stock. I gave this store a well deserved 5 Star Rating.

I have been driving ALL over the States and aside from New York and L.A. This is the only true fabric store I have encountered. I was so thrilled to find designer fabric of exquisite quality. The service was amazing, the owner was the most lovely man! They made me fell comfortable and welcomed. I wish I lived in Nola so I could shop there all the time!

I was searching for lace to use in altering my grandmothers 70-year-old wedding dress and my dressmaker recommended Promenade. Although it was a busy Saturday, the owner of the shop waited on us like we were the only people in the store. We would not have found the amazing French lace we picked out anywhere else in the state. I would recommend Promenade over and over again.

I love this place! Though Ive only been to the physical store once, I visit them online at their website and on Etsy. Gorgeous fabrics and wonderful, one of a kind vintage finds...its a dream! Wish I could go in person again sometime because the owner is a friendly, handsome man with a great sense of humor who really knows his stuff.
