If I could give 0 stars, I would.A specific shirt caught my eye during closing hours, so I went back during regular business hours to get it.My family and I walked in the following day and the employee on duty looked at us before promptly retreating to the back of the store without greeting us. We waited for him to come back out and asked him if he saw us come in. He said yes. I decided not to make a purchase from this place.

We stopped in and purchased some shirts and other souvenirs. The prices are great, and so are the options. After getting home and realizing a defect with one of the items, I sent an email and Steve did everything possible to correct it. This will be the first place we go to next time we are in town!

We stopped in Jesters and found the tee shirts of a much better quality than many of all the other shops. I purchased 3, and upon returning back to WI two of the shirts were to small. I emailed the store as the email address was on the receipt. Steve promptly responded, and when a replacement in the size I needed was not available, we touched base via texting the available colors. An exchange was made and kudos to Steve and this wonderful gift shop!
