I made a visit to this store and bought a Memphis Drifter style hat. I must admit this is one of the best hats that Ive ever worn. It has a great fit and doesnt even blow off in the wind like hats of this style often do.The woman behind the counter was kind and very helpful. She did not hesitate to find what I was looking for.I definitely recommend visiting the store when coming to New Orleans.

Did I go in there? How could I not? I have done things in this town afterwards I regretted. Getting in there was none of it, not making it back while they were still open was indeed. Luckily I bought one hat straight away and have now two reason to get back to NOLA. This shop is just fantastic, the staff really advises you and does not just try to sell. At the end: They’re artists!

We were visiting from Atlanta, I asked if it would be ok to try on a hat, due to current health conditions, I didnt know but the lady I spoke with reassured me it was ok, and she was so funny and very nice..I bought the hat...Great Store, Great experience 5 stars

It was a dark and stormy 3pmish day with nary a cloud in the sky. The rain imaginary, still a hat was needed and a hat was purchased. It hasnt rained since, except if you count all the times that it has rained. Leaving those out, not a drop of moisture do there be.

Rude. I spent $22 to park and was surprised to be ridiculed for asking for aasking for a brand of hat they claimed to carry on the web. Safe to say they dont think ladies should wear Tilley. Go anywhere else...

These folks are great. I’ve been to other shops in the city that were pretentious and had poor customer service. The folks at Chapel are welcoming and helpful and don’t try to sell you on anything you don’t like. The hats are great, good selection high quality and I will definitely be back

I just celebrated my 40th birthday in NOLA, and the best part was being able to come back with a top hat from Chapel Hats!! Staff was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness, as I tried on multiple varieties, along with helping me with sizing. I plan to visit New Orleans again, and Im most excited about expanding on my hat collection!!🎩❤
