Cool store. They have nice, American, handmade hats. They didnt have what I wanted, but the hats were still nice, and I got a nice hat pin.

Walked in on a hot summer day to find a hat, not to get sunburn. The shopkeeper was very helpful and I walked out with a perfect fitting Goorin hat.

Great hat buying experience! Walked in looking for a hat and had many options to see. Tommy was very patient in helping walk me through the many options and choices. Guided me on the right fit and color for the occasion. Pulled out the accoutrements to help make the hat fit, but ultimately stand out. Probably best experience in the hat buying arena.

Incredibly friendly staff! Wonderful selection of unique hats exceptionally well made. They can even do fittings right there while you wait; both stretching and for some hats shrinking through tape & stitch.

I was so excited to visit this shop. There was a female salesperson which was extremely sweet. But this male staff... OMG he was extremely ugly towards me. He openly started talking about someone coming into the shop stealing. And blocking the the hats and grabbing the hats in a very aggressive manner. The female saw his behavior was making me uncomfortable and removed herself towards the back of the store. But I didn’t play into his inferior game! I’m a local and I happen to love the city I grew up in; even though I drove from the north shore to visit this shop.I introduced myself and in return he introduced himself as Goorin. What a donkey! I’m happy there’s another location.

Great place with a full selection of different hats! Top notch fabrics and materials! The hast are not that cheap, but they definitely worth what you are paying for!Also, they have another selection of pins, feathers, etc.. so you can play around and give a different look to your hats!!Cool staff that just give you space and time to try the hats, take pictures, etc.. without being standing right next to you (one of the reasons that makes leave a shop right away)..

Incredibly rude staff. We were looking at hats and my friend tried one on and said he really liked it. A girl working there came up and told him it looked bad on him and that it was too big (she was referring to the style, not the fit) and then went and got another hat for him. He tried it on and politely said I dont know, this looks a little small on my head... I kind of like the other one. and she said Fine. Do whatchu want and tossed him the other hat and walked off. I put down the hat I was going to buy and we both walked out. Too bad because I really liked both hats.

Primo Service!!Walked from the Riverside Hilton to this hat shop. Met two super friendly people inside.Said I wanted a hat to give me some panache. Asked the woman to pick one out for me as women know style. They both chuckled, the young man was spot-on on size.Two Fedoras were picked out. The second one popped! A nice golden russet. 👌 Bought it on the spot.The young woman fitted feathers on there to give it some flash. The man picked out a pin. The lovely young woman even steamed the front down for me. 😃Walked all the way back with a smile. People were super friendly and I was noticed - just like the woman said!!This is a Hemp Fedora, and felt good when the breeze came through the hat. I be stylin” now!!Was so happy I went to Irene’s for a steak.Thank you, Goorin Bros. Was here at a CDC convention. I came from Idaho.IPhone SE does not make for the best self photo. We always visit a Goorin Bros hat store. We love them. My husband bought a hat here. Very cool. First hat we have added a feather to. The salesman was very helpful. He is originally from Chicago, so we talked about the Midwest for a bit. He recommended a local bbq joint. Great stop.

Bunch of a$&hats. This is a business where customer service should be tantamount. It is certainly not here. The salespeople are rude, pretentious and self involved. They are less than knowledgeable and weren’t the least bit interested in selling hats to customers.

Its a HAT to WEAR. Who needs a box.I love the place. Nice contemporary styles - fair prices. And a frequent customer card that Ill probably get to cash in -someday👍

Apparently this store is the best one in the US. Plenty of variety. They even have some specific hats for Mardi gras that arent available elsewhere.

Expensive imported hats. The quality of the hats in general is fine, but the finer details lack the craftsmanship that the price demands. The place masquerades effectively as a full haberdashery, but there were no hats being crafted on site and the staff was friendly, but none seemed to actually be able to craft hats. Love the logo though, the little castle is great.

Clerks were very helpful and friendly. They were great at helping one find the right size hat (harder than it seems!) They even helped me convince my husband to get a hat finally!!!

This is a really nice shop and I love the music that they play in there! Like an old Motown feel to it. The hats are so awesome, I really like their hat boxes, wanted that more than the actual hat! LOL But my friend bought one and they steamed the ribbon and added a father and brushed it up for her to take. She walked right on out with it on her head. Theyre pricey but youll have that hat forever! Didnt realize that you can replace the inside band, thats nice to know especially if it gets sweaty.
