My girlfriend and I were in town for Voodoo Fest 2017. It was windy in the park and we both said we wanted to buy a beanie to warms our ears. During our morning walk we passed the shop and stopped inside. Wow! So much fun. Were immediately greeted with a friendly smile and shopped around until we found the beanies we liked. The quality is fantastic and each was only $25! The ambiance of the shop was relaxing and it was cool to see the area where they customize hats. Definitely check it out if you are in town!

Ok, so was looking for a particular hat for my wife, and online was out of stock. Called Alex at corporate, and he so very kindly asked the other stores if they had any. This store did! This is one of my many favorite spots in New Orleans. Great place to get style ideas, good conversation and awesome customer service. Everyone at both the French Quarter and Magazine Street locations are great. I’ve worked with Bobby the most who was awesome at helping my wife purchase a couple of hats & accessories during our last visit. I highly recommend!!

First time in this store on a recommendation. Amazing selection so much so that you could be easily overwhelmed. The staff were quick to offer assistance, recommendations and allowed me to feel out what I thought I should get instead of trying to tell me what I need to wear. Very few retailers like this in our country or the world much less! I would highly recommend this as a starting point for a true quality made hat that is just for you or a special occasion.

Always a great place to shop. Always very neat and presentable, with quality hats. They do have mens and womens ranging from casual to peacock. This store offers hat customizations that take about 2 weeks unless you pay to have it rushed. The staff is what makes this place. Always unique characters with an eye for fashion. They are patient especially with me being a picky customer. The finishing touches include a steam stretcher for a better fit. Love this place!!

Not only is this shops products amazing, but the people are outstanding as well. The employee that helped me, Bobby, was truly special. Bobby not only picked out a hat for me that went not only with the style I was looking for, but the budget I had set for the hat. Not only that, but when I was in a bind this weekend for the event my gf and I were going to, Bobby hooked me up. He went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Goorin Brothers, New Orleans, provides off street parking, and has a great assortment of hats for both males and females. The store representative, Ken, was very friendly, but professional. It was through his knowledge and patience that I was able to find two wonderful hats.I will definitely buy from Goorin Brothers again, and refer my friends to them as well.

While Im certain the quality of these hats is outstanding, I was underwhelmed based on my expectations based on reading other reviews. They had a large selection but nothing like what I expected. If youve got a nice hat in mins, Im sure that youd be satisfied. I was just hoping for a plethora of choices, Id never even considered.

Good selection and helpful staff. Parking can be a challenge (especially on weekends), but if you circle enough times, you can generally find a space on Magazine or one of the cross streets. Reasonably-priced furniture - plus, they often have sales and promotions available online.

The only place I will buy a hat. Less touristy than the FQ location, but still filled with more than a few looky-loos. Dont be fooled, though - the staff is knowlegable and more than willing to tell you if something doesnt work - the full service alterations shop on-site just adds to the appeal. Beware the bling bar.
