As a business owner and a painter it would be negligent not to write this review. I typically work with the Sherwin Williams on Magazine that has great service, but since I needed help with automotive paint, they directed me to the store on S Jefferson Davis. I had a unique problem that required me to ask several questions to make sure I wouldnt be buying an entire gallon of the wrong paint. The gentleman at the reception desk nicely tried to answer my questions, but multiple times had to walk into the store managers office and relay what I was asking about. The office was 10 feet from the register and the door was open. The manager, Howard, refused just to get up and help me instead of making the associate increasingly uncertain about the advice he was giving secondhand. After being there and the manager knowing the issue wasnt being sorted properly, I asked the associate if hed just get the manager to come talk to me which felt foolish because I could get him from where I was standing. He told the associate tell him hes going to have to wait a while as he looked at me through his open door not busy with anything.This is why I will shop at ACE or even Home Depot from now on to source my paint.
