Kamilah, the manager at the 734 S. Carrollton location, really went above and beyond in terms of customer service. She was extremely helpful and patient with me while assisting me to place my pick-up order over the phone and even called me back when she thought of a better way to solve my issue matching my 10 year old exterior paint color. She was also very helpful and patient when my husband went to pick up the order and further had to change it. Will definitely be buying paint here again.

The gal that gave me a price check for primer on the phone is the same stellar employee who rang me up and suggested becoming a member (which I did). As a female, it is hit or miss in a paint or hardware store. Sometimes workers might be dismissive or belittling. Kamilah Morgan is a very personable Manager and asset to this shop, yes indeed!

The staff was very helpful. I am patching my walls and none of the original paints the contractors left in my attic matched for whatever reason. I was freaking out that my weekend project was going to turn into a month long project of repainting my whole house; however, the knowledgeable associates assured me that they could match the colors if I brought in a sample.After the paint dried, I couldnt tell what I had just painted because the colors matched up perfectly! My only complaint was the the store was very hot because the HVAC system was down...I know thats not employees fault, Im just writing this to publicly shame corporate to hurry up and get that fixed. These employees are working during a pandemic, are required to wear masks all day, and have to work with no A/C?! I really appreciated the excellent customer service I received considering the staffs working conditions. The young man even brought the paint out to my car where I was waiting because Im a wimp when it comes to New Orleans summers. Give these people some A/C and a raise!!!

With the craziness going on during the C-19 virus, Stephany is a jewel! She is VERY helpful and actually made me laugh through the glass and phone! Great employee at this store! Atta Girl!
