Honestly should change the business name to Distrust Auto. I had to put a rating down but it doesn’t even deserve a one star. Boyfriend had his car towed out to Mike and we asked for a new battery to be installed and a new wheel barring in the car and that it was having front end issues. Instead we get a 2 year old battery slapped in the car and no knew barring and some kid driving my bfs car back to us. ( I know it’s an old battery and no wheel barring beca use the car now is at a REPUTABLE shop here in NP). So all and all this company is a huge ripoff. Not only did we pay for a tow out to Mikes house for $170 bucks but we also paid but then another almost $200 for the used parts he decided to put in the car. I will never use this place ever again ran by a bunch of degenerates.

Had a child deliver my car back to my home who does not even work for distress auto making the same noise it made when i had it towed to him..so i pay a towing fee for him to shove a child in my car to drive it back to my house broke.. He never even test drove it to find the issues with the car.. Even admitted to that and admitted he never checked the front end to find out what the grin ding noise was... He never even had it on a lift. I then had it checked at automotive perfromance..and well... You cann. Read the rest of what mike jones did to my vehicle. Hand turned lug nuts..calipers installed incorrectly.. He even told me he would change the transmission oil in my 2013 veloster and acted like he did.. But never changed. I asked for receipts to prove new parts..specially for the 2 year old battery and he refuses to show receipts Makes sense now after he got the loan of $2500 from burning down your pizza shop in phila to start his 3rd bussniess attempt.. Failed agian in a measly 1 year. He also lost my car keys and took him a day to find my keys to rerun my vehicle.. He then blamed it on a shop..ghost. Rachelle Daley. As eye witnessnees to everything. And a professional mechanic shop with the remarks on what they found after he touched my car. He causes nothing but stress and prices are always changing..cant trust the guy. All this from him installed a wheel bearing and battery...id post pictures nut it wont let me. So i have them saved.
