Rude people at the desk here that are clueless to what is going on. They only want to work on nice clean cars and charge exorbitant prices. Ive seen them have signs thats a air conditioner work starting at $79 when a can of coolant for your air conditioner is maybe 10 bucks and you can put it in yourself, so theyll put that in and then theyll charge you $79 or more.

I grew up in a family oil change business. All I can say is, “Amen”.I called the other guys and they no longer service VW’s ($110) due to required odd oil filter. I called Midas and was told yes but they were booked for 5 days.Wow! Why is that? It is because they actually charge only the advertised price $59.95 plus extra quart the car requires and tax=$65). No hidden fees or list of things that you “need to fix immediately”. Good people=good service.Early in life I was a certified GM line mechanic. It’s worth the wait to take your car to Midas on West High in New Phila.

Took my 1967 International Travelall in for my 4th set of mufflers and my warranty from 1978 was still honored. My appointment was for 10:00 am and because I was there early they took it right in and got started. A little after 11:00 I was on the road.Thank you for the great service.

Called around for pricing. Oil change was $10 to $30 less than everyone else. But wait, theres more!Tire rotation complimentary with oil change. Made an appointment. Arrived on time. Waited about three minutes to be waited on. Vehicle was in the shop on the rack within another five. Bing bang boom, tires rotated, oil changed, car pulled out of the bay and right up to the front door. I mentioned I saw a coupon online. It was a $7 off coupon. He said they have a $10 off coupon floating around so he gave me that. WOW! Never used these guys before but I made an appointment for three days from now for our other car. Being at Five Points it was a little hard getting out on to West High at the light during rush hour. But had I turned on to Tusc/Union, it would have been easier.My only complaint is no one was wearing masks. But I kept my distance as much as possible while wearing my respirator.Other than that, fantastic experience.

I originally took my vehicle to the dealership where I purchased it to have it diagnosed and repaired. I waited an hour and a half for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car, it was “normal aging”.I took it to Midas for a second opinion. Joe was able to pinpoint the problem quickly and fixed it in no time! I would recommend Midas to anyone and will be a returning customer after my experience!

So far it was a good place to go. They could not do what I needed done both times, and more work was needed. Still, they did not charge labor on the work they did before discovering more work and parts were needed.

I was on the phone with the front desk girl and she slammed the phone down in my ear. All because if I buy a part myself (which they wanted 106 for a part I paid 22 for). They were Gonna up my labor cost so I was explaining that I would get the part done elsewhere then I wanted to have an appointment for alignment made. But before I got that out, she slammed the phone down in my ear. Never had an issue before this girl. Midas sorry tou lost another customer

I had a great experience last year. I had my AC recharged. I needed to schedule another appointment for a different car I called several different days and could only get an answering machine.

Great service and price with someone you can trust. Had a slow leak in one of my tires, took it to Walmart first and they told me I needed a whole new tire along with a multiple hour wait. Instead I took it here and found out it just needed a new valve stem. $10 and 15 minutes later I was good to go

Took my car in for A/C inspection because it was short cycling. They refilled refrigerant without asking charged me 70 dollars and said they gave me a deal. Well car A/C barely works and car is still short cycling. Only thing Id let this place do is change my oil now. Felt cheated and felt they didnt want to put the effort in to actually fix it.

Showed up to my appointment an hour late. They still took a look at my leaking tire and fixed in in 15 minutes. They also determined the cause of my check engine light and cleared the error codes, all FOR $20!! In and out in half an hour! Awesome!! Ill be back!!

I called Wednesday about needing my tierods/balljoints looked at,due to uneven wear on my front tires.they set me up an appointment Thursday(8-20-20)at 3.oclock.I went down,they took it in,then came and told me I just need an alignment.an hour tops,it was done.Im glad, I called.

My fiancé has been there and she’s had no complaints i know and worked with a guy that worked at this Midas and they’re a really good auto mechanic shop, all of you complaining about prices, you probably said you know someone who will do it for cheaper and they probably did worse, way worse, I got there tomorrow as of 4/27/2020, I’m getting my rear drums and shoes replaced, with labor and tax it’s $174 I can’t complain that’s cheap to me, I’ve heard they do really good jobs, you guys are just nit picky

Absolute SCAM. Charged me $500 for spark plugs and when I started the car in their parking lot none of my problems had been fixed. I had to take it back the next day, and again one week later. On my third visit they finally ran computer diagnostics and claimed the car needed an additional $1,500 worth of work. Not only were they rude, but none of the mechanics could keep their stories straight.It took Auto Zone about five minutes to figure out the fuel injector was the actual problem and I got a great deal from Integrity Autos mechanic Butch. Theyll give you his number if you call, I highly recommend him.

Love this place

I like the quality of customer service here and the range of services offered. If you have an immediate problem it is hard to get scheduled or seen right away to get fixed though. The online coupons for the services offered are a joke. They need to compete with Monro and Flynns Kelly Tires for these offerings. The hours of operation Need to extend into Sunday and Monday for the needs of this area.

The service was great. Very up front with me., very reasonable.

Had a great experience with them. Called at 11:30 on a Saturday had it there by 12 and had it back by 4. They fixed what was needed fixed and gave me an estimate on what needed done but could wait. They got me back on the road which is exactly what I needed it was not cheap but I didnt expect it to be it needed a lot of work. Thanks Midas Ill be back to get the rest fixed ASAP.

Great service

I took my camry into Midas today for a brake job with the expectation of professionalism. Yet they did not check the thickness of rotors with a micrometer to see if they could be turned. This would have saved me almost $200. When asked about the rotors thickness, they could not find a micrometer and the mechanic just opened and closed tool drawers. I am sure he does not even know what a micrometer even look like, do to his confusion. Also, asked to see the pads for my own viewing, but they threw them away even though I requested to see them in the beginning.Furthermore, Joe became hostile when questioned about why they did not even check the thickness of rotors to give an option of turning the rotors before replacing. He threaten to take all the brakes off and put everything back on. Which they could not even find the original pads. This is very unprofessional and standard industry practice is to check rotors thickness before replacing.I do not recommend doing business with Midas in New Phila, Ohio.

Had an appointment made for an alignment had there quote they told me over the phone of 39.95$ got there after driving an extra 30 mins out of my way to get there so called deal and they hit me with a 87.99 bill then the employee lied to my face and said he never gave me a quote over the phone never will they have my service again!! There liars and over charge!! Never trust your service to midas!!!
