AMJ Team and Augie are a very professional auto body repair shop. Angie is very organized, good communicator, and maintains a very clean and organized shop.. A sign of a Good Owner.. Augie Clearly explained the work he was doing, answered all my questions, and was very responsive. The quality of work is Outstanding..all original parts were used. Recommend by a friend who has used AMJ and this was a great choice. Augie the owner and Gail and the desk give out a vibe that makes you feel comfortable. They completed this job in 3 days after receiving the new parts, with a pick up 2 days following a closed Sunday and Monday holiday (5 days wait total). They have a partnership with Enterprise in New Rochelle to offer a loaner vehicle rental if needed with Enterprise pickup from body shop and a return ride to shop upon vehicle rental return. Definitely recommended.

My Black Honda Accord Sport was struck from behind in August of 2020. I had the option of sending it to the collision repair shop of my choice but it so happened that AMJ Custom Collision was a preferred provider of my insurance company, The Hartford. After conducting some research and reading reviews, I elected to have my car repaired by AMJ. Gail who runs the front office; a pleasure to work with, is kind, accommodative and takes all of the hassle out of paperwork, insurance, car rental or transportation issues. Auggie, the owner and his second in command, Joe, who, together run estimations, physical operations and the plant are forward, direct, prompt and very thorough. There are no surprises in the midst of a project. As far as quality and consistency are concerned, their team is highly skilled, take great pride in their craft and skill sets... the work product vividly speaks for itself. I recently suffered some minor but very bothersome damage to my Black SUV and without a second thought, brought it to AMJ with absolute confidence and trust. This shop and crew delivers the highest level of collision repair quality and very importantly, they are expeditious.
