Requested a quote for an e92 m3 since it takes Castrol oil.Receptionist says bring it in. I responded it doesn’t make sense to bring it in if you can’t service it. I can only assume she was irritated because work is required to answer that question.She takes my model info and steps away and then comes back and hangs up.I called back assuming it was by accident and asked “ did you hang up?” I paraphrased her response “ yes and I was going to call back but didn’t have my number. We don’t have that oil; can’t help you”.I will not go there with my other vehicle just because of her bad customer oriented vibe.Edit: perhaps their actual oil change service is great. I did not go do it is unfair to say. I just wouldn’t even if they had the oil because this simple interaction. So take my review with a grain of salt.

The place looks in very good condition and above all it seems that it has just been remodeled Since it seems that previously the car wash did not work, the facilities are very well preserved and they sell accessories for the vehicle with various prices, the very well preserved waiting room and even They offer you free coffee the attention of the employees who clean your car is the best, The only thing is that they must put the prices of the oil change in view since the price is not so cheap But it is worth the service they give, the name changed and is no longer called Castrol Lube Center but is now New Rochelle Prowash

I went in for an oil change and had a very good experience. Tyrone did the work and I was impressed by his customer service. He walked me through why I needed a specific type of oil, even showing me in my car where it listed the type. He also brought me out and showed me the filters so I could confirm that I needed new ones. The work was completed incredibly quickly too. The only negative was that the lounge area was a little uncomfortable (it could use better seats, wifi and less retail) but I wasnt there long.

Excellent! Quick and transparent service. Waiting area clean and comfortable. Car wash was closed but they gave me a “rain check” that never expires. I will be a repeat customer.

I came 3 times. The 1st service was great but the 2nd and 3rd the store claimed to be opened and wasn’t. I came at 4:30 both times and the stored was closed, when online claims they stay open until 6.

I chose the 2nd option (wheel express) and I am satisfied with the result. They do a great job also happy with the results for the cost.
