This wonderful store had some of every hardware item. You never had to go over the bridge to a mainland store. Like old fashioned hardware stores it had fishing gear, bait, limited toys and beach gear and items you may want to enjoy your condo rentals. As of August 2021, the store is selling off inventory to close the store and the building the store is in.There is a sister Hardware store called Anchor Hardware in Oak Hill Florida. It is run by the daughter of the Coronado Hardware store owner that will continue on with the similar inventory carried here. The employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable. Better service than a Home Depot. I doubt that current property values will Ever allow a similar store to exist in this area and be profitable.This store has been a landmark of our community and truly contributed to a better Quality of life for all of us who live here. We will truly miss our local hardware store. I thank them for loyally serving us for nearly my entire life.

This is a great place. There has been only one thing I have not found there (glass shelf bracket) in 3 years ofngoimg there. Prices are comparative to the big guys. Folks are always helpful. Love this place!

Very eclectic store, has hardware to fishing gear, bur wait..theres more ...beach stuff, hats,chairs,inflatables too.I came in for ant deterrent and prices were fair...parking is a challenge for full size trucks...nice staff😎

Amazing Service!!! A++++... I was in desperate need of getting two of my Transponder Automotive Keys cut & of course no one will guarantee the cut if theyll even cut them... I finally came in and gave my hope to the local hardware store and what do you know... Both keys were cut excellent & fast too!!! Amazing job cutting keys!!! Will most definitely come here all the time for keys or anything else for that matter!!!!! Thanks Coronado Hardware!!! You Are A Life Saver!!!!!

Great place with LOTS of products, fantastic in a pinch, but if something pressing, Home Depot across the Causway has much larger inventory capabilities (NOT trying to be negative). Great staff, lots of off-the-wall items you can grab not usually available at a big box store that I previously mentioned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND a trip by to see what all they have to offer...

Why travel All the Way to Home Depot when right on 3rd Ave on NSB Beachside you can get just about anything. Smart, knowledgeable, energetic, kind and responsive owner and staff with parking only steps from the front door. Coronado Hardware feels like the old time family hardware. Small, but they can surprise anyone with what they carry!

When you dont want to leave beachside and you need that one bolt, tool, glue or anything... This is the place to go. Friendly helpful staff and an astonishing array of supplies. Highly recommended and often frequented.

Coronado Hardware is like an old-timey hardware store that while not having a huge selection like a big-box home center, has a lot of things that the big box stores dont have. For example, their selection of compressed air fittings and valves is FAR better than at Home Depot or Lowes. While the big box stores often have a wide variety of hardware that often is not that particularly useful, Coronado tends to have what I need, harder to find nuts, bolts, screws, hand tools, etc. They also have marine and beach supplies, paints, ropes and cords, wire, etc. If I need a small piece of hardware that the big boxers dont have, I call Coronado and they usually have it. They also cut keys. Their customer service is also friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
